 ON GRADED SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER
 AT POINT OF DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED
 DRAINAGE DEVICE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2
 PERCENT. ALTERNATE ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO
 THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN
 BE DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
 ALL LOCATIONS ON THE SITE.
 -PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN OR ADD DRAINAGE DETAILS TO SITE
 PLAN. SHOW ELEVATION CANGES AND HOW WATER IS MAINTAINED

 MASONRY, SO PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL OF
 FURRING/ATTACHMENT, BARRIER AND SIDING ATTACHMENT.
  
 6. [FBC AMENDED 107.3.4.1]PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 ROOFING, OR INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE THEM DEFERED.
  
 7. [FBC AMENDED 107.3.4.1]SUBMIT TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS TO
 THE BUILDING INSPECTOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.(THIS WILL
 BE A PROVISO)
  
 8. [FBC ENERGY R401.3]PROVIDE ENERGY PERFORMANCE LEVEL
 (EPL)DISPLAY CARD WITH THE ENEGRY CALCULATIONS TO SHOW
 ESTIMATED ENERGY PERFORMANCE LEVEL. THIS CARD IS TO BE
 AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTOR TO REVIEW FOR BUILDING FINAL.
 ALSO, INCLUDE CHECKLISTS WITH ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 NOTE:
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
