 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES WORK ON
 THE ADJACENT OFFICE BUILDING FROM WHEN THE COVER
 BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS IS REMOVED. THE OFFICE BUILDING
 IS ON A SEPARATE PARCEL, WITH DIFFERENT OWNER, SO
 SEPARATE PERMIT(S) FOR THAT WORK IS REQUIRED. --- NO
 PERMIT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF THE COVER AND RESTORATION
 OF THE BUILDING ON THE PARCEL WITH THE ADDRESS OF 2151
 45TH STREET HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE
 THIS PERMIT UNTIL THE DEMOLITION PERMIT(S) FOR 2151
 45TH STREET HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED AND APPROVED.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM
 THE EASTERN PROPERTY LINE TO THE BUILDING EXPANSION ON
 THE DRAWINGS. --- THE RESPONSE COMMENT SAYS THIS WAS
 DONE, BUT THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS DO NOT APPEAR ON
 SHEETS C301 OR C302. THERE IS A BUBBLED AREA ON EACH
 SHEET THAT LOOKS LIKE IT ATTEMPTS TO ADDRESS THE
 COMMENT, BUT IS MISSING THE DIMENSION LINES.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE EXTERIOR BUILDING WALLS SHOW THE
 INSTALLATION OF WALL MOUNTED LIGHT FIXTURES. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE PHOTOMETRIC DETAILS TO VERIFY THAT THEY DO
 NOT EXCEED 1 FOOT CANDLE AT THE EAST PROPERTY LINE. ---
 THE RESPONSE STATES THAT SHEET E111 WAS ADDED TO THE
 PLAN SET, BUT ZONING STAFF IS UNABLE TO LOCATE THE
 SHEET.
  
 4) THE FOLLOWING SHEETS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND NEED TO
 BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS AS
 THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BUILDING EXPANSION. DO NOT
 RESUBMIT THESE PLANS WITH THIS PERMIT!

 NOTE THAT THE RECENT REVIEW OF THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
 EXPANSION REQUEST VERIFIED THAT THE REVISED OXYGEN
 PARK, AS SHOWN, ENCROACHES INTO THE DRIVE AISLE AND
 REDUCES THE WIDTH SO THAT TWO-WAY TRAFFIC NO LONGER
 FUNCTIONS. THIS AREA IS BEING REDONE AS PART OF THE
 BEHAVIORAL HEATH EXPANSION. ALL WORK, TO INCLUDE THE
 DEMOLITION REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.

 5) REPEAT COMMENT: THE DEMOLITION PERMIT SHOWS THE
 REMOVAL OF TREES AND LANDSCAPE. PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT MUST
 BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 6) THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE
 REQUIRED:
  
 A. THE JOB SIGN AND ALL EXTERIOR BUILDING SIGNAGE.
 B. PARKING LOT AND STRIPING.
 C. LANDSCAPE.
 D. IRRIGATION.
 E. BICYCLE RACKS AND PADS.
 F. ANY WORK AT THE OXYGEN PARK, TO INCLUDE SCREEN WALL
 AND RELOCATED TANKS.
  
 7) PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION TO
 ALLOW OCCUPANCY OF THE EXPANDED EMERGENCY ROOM
 FACILITIES, DIRECTIONAL (WAYFINDING) SIGNS, TO DIRECT
 VEHICLES TO GET FROM THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS TO
 THE NORTH SIDE VIA THE INTERNAL RING ROAD, MUST BE
 INSTALLED SUBJECT TO PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
