 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES.
  
 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES WORK ON THE ADJACENT
 OFFICE BUILDING FROM WHEN THE COVER BETWEEN THE
 BUILDINGS IS REMOVED. THE OFFICE BUILDING IS ON A
 SEPARATE PARCEL, WITH DIFFERENT OWNER, SO SEPARATE
 PERMIT(S) FOR THAT WORK IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE PERMIT PLANS STATE THAT THERE IS 11,856 SQUARE
 FEET OF NEW CONSTUCTION. THE CITY COMMISSION AND PBC
 TRAFFIC APPROVED A 7,300 SQUARE FOOT EXPANSION. PLEASE
 EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS MORE NEW CONSTRUCTION LISTED.
 NOTE: THE EXTRA SQUARE FOOTAGE MAY REQUIRE CITY
 COMMISSION APPROVAL.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE EASTERN
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE BUILDING EXPANSION ON THE
 DRAWINGS.
  
 4) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SURVEY.
  
 5) THE JOB SIGN AND ALL EXTERIOR BUILDING SIGNAGE
 REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMITS WITH PLANS.
  
 6) THE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE LAYOUT OF
 THE CIVIL BASE PLANS APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION.
 (EX - THE PROPOSED AMBULANCE CANOPY DOES NOT MATCH THE
 CITY COMMISSION APPROVED PLAN SET). PLEASE CORRECT.
 NOTE: THE AMBULANCE CANOPY DISCREPANCY IS ON THE
 ELEVATIONS, STRUCTURAL PLANS, ROOF PLANS, ETC.
  
 7) THE CIVIL PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THIS APPLICATION ARE
 NOT THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT MANY OF THE CIVIL SHEETS SHOW ITEMS THAT
 REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS (EX. THE RECONFIGURATION AND
 STRIPING OF THE PARKING AREA). SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH
 PLANS, WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED. MOST, IF NOT ALL, THE
 CIVIL SHEETS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 BUILDING EXPANSION COVERED BY THIS PERMIT AND SHOULD BE
 REMOVED.
  
 8) THE EXTERIOR BUILDING WALLS SHOW THE INSTALLATION OF
 WALL MOUNTED LIGHT FIXTURES. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 PHOTOMETRIC DETAILS TO VERIFY THAT THEY DO NOT EXCEED 1
 FOOT CANDLE AT THE EAST PROPERTY LINE.
  
 9) THE FOLLOWING SHEETS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND NEED TO
 BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS:

 10) THE DEMOLITION PERMIT SHOWS THE REMOVAL OF TREES
 AND LANDSCAPE. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT,
 A TREE ALETERATION PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AND
 APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 11) PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIOR TO THE FINAL INSPECTION TO
 ALLOW OCCUPANCY OF THE EXPANDED EMERGENCY ROOM
 FACILITIES, DIRECTIONAL (WAYFINDING) SIGNS, TO DIRECT
 VEHICLES TO GET FROM THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CAMPUS TO
 THE NORTH SIDE VIA THE INTERNAL RING ROAD, MUST BE
 INSTALLED SUBJECT TO PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
 DIVISION.
