 CONFIRM THAT THIS IS NOT INSTALLED, OR REVISE SITE PLAN
 AND REVISION DESCRIPTION TO INCLUDE. UPON REQUEST THE
 FLAGPOLE CAN BE ADDED TO THE SCOPE OF ONE OF THE
 PERMITS (SHOULD BE THE BUILDING IT IS CLOSEST TO),

 TYPICALLY REQUIRED TO BE A SEPARATE PERMIT BUT I HAVE
 NO OBJECTION TO THIS BEING INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THE
 BUILDING PERMIT IF ZONING HAS NO OBJECTION.

 UNLESS ONE OF THE EXCEPTIONS IS APPLICABLE. REVISE PLAN
 TO INCLUDE EXCEPTION. THE NOTE STATES THAT THIS
 CONDITION OCCURS AT BUILDINGS III & IV. AS THESE
 BUILDINGS ARE 6 UNITS (16070880, 16071058) R2,
 EXCEPTION 5 DOES NOT APPEAR APPLICABLE AS THE STAIR IS
 LOCATED OUTSIDE; IS THIS CORRECT? SEE ALSO FBC A 504.2
 IF THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO ACCESSIBILITY. IT APPEARS
 THAT THE STAIRS DO NOT SERVE ACCESSIBLE UNITS; PLEASE
 CONFIRM.
  
 3. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF REFERENCES TO THE ?ADA
 CONSULTANT? IN THE NARRATIVE. PLEASE ADVISE; IS THIS
 PROJECT SUBJECT TO ADA/ FBC 2014 ACCESSIBIITY DUE TO
 FEDERAL FUNDS RATHER THAN GOVERNED BY FBC 2014
 ACCESSIBILITY, FAIR HOUSING? IF NOT, PLEASE STATE THIS
 IN THE RESPONSE LETTER. NOTE THAT SOME UNITS ARE SHOWN

 UNDER SECTION 504 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973, AS
 AMENDED, SUCH ENTITIES SHALL PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL
 DWELLING UNITS WITH MOBILITY FEATURES COMPLYING WITH
 809.2 THROUGH 809.4 IN A NUMBER REQUIRED BY THE
 APPLICABLE HUD REGULATIONS. RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE MOBILITY FEATURES COMPLYING WITH
 809.2 THROUGH 809.4 SHALL BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AS
 REQUIRED BY 206. IN ADDITION, SUCH ENTITIES SHALL
 PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS WITH COMMUNICATION
 FEATURES COMPLYING WITH 809.5 IN A NUMBER REQUIRED BY
 THE APPLICABLE HUD REGULATIONS. ENTITIES SUBJECT TO
 233.2 SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 233.3.
  
 4. A2.05, FBC 107, SCOPE AND NATURE OF WALL CHANGES ARE
 NOT CLEAR. THERE IS A SECTION MARKER C A4.01; IT
 APPEARS THAT REVISING THIS MAY CLARIFY WALL CHANGE, OR
 ADD NOTES ON THE PLAN. GRAPHICS AT THE WALL CHANGED BUT
 I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE LANGUAGE THAT DESCRIBED THE
 CHANGE. NO WALL TAGS WERE REVISED.
  
 5. A4.03, A4.04, FBC 107, NARRATIVE STATES ?UPDATE NOT
 TO COMPLY WITH P-531 REQUIREMENTS?; PLEASE CLARIFY. IS
 P531 A REQUIRED FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY? SHOULD NARRATIVE
 STATE THAT THE UPDATE IS TO COMPLY?
