 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A SITE PLAN OR SURVEY
 SHOWING THE BUILDING SETBACKS. --- CONTRARY TO THE
 COMMENT RESPONSES, NOT SITE PLAN OR SURVEY SHOWING
 BUILDING SETBACKS WAS PROVIDED WITH THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 2) REVISED COMMENT: THE ROOF DOES NOT MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. THE LOWEST LEVEL OF
 ROOF HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PERMIT PLANS. --- AT THE
 MEETING BETWEEN DESIGN PROFESSIONALS AND STAFF
 AGREEMENT WAS REACHED TO HAVE THE COPPER ROOF MATERIAL
 EXTEND DOWN TO COVER ALL THE NEW HORIZONTAL AREAS THAT
 REPLACED THE SLOPED ROOF ON THE CITY COMMISSION
 APPROVED PLANS. NO NEW ELEVATION DRAWINGS WERE
 SUBMITTED TO VERIFY THIS (SHEETS DA201 THROUGH DA203).
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PLANS ARE UNCLEAR TO THE DEPTH
 OF THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL MULLIONS. THE APPROVED
 PLANS WERE TO EXPAND THE LOBBY WITH THE SAME DEPTH OF
 THE MULLIONS. SHEET DA303 SEEMS TO INDICATE HORIZONTAL
 MULLION DEPTH, BUT DOES NOT GIVE DETAILS ON THE DEPTH,
 NOR HOW IT COMPARES TO THE EXISTING MULLION DEPTH.
 PROVIDE INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT THE HORIZONTAL AND
 VERTICAL MULLIONS ARE THE SAME AS EXISTING. ------ THE
 COMMENT RESPONSES REFERENCE DETAILS 8 AND 9 ON SHEET
 DA603 AS WELL AS AN ATTACHED PHOTO TO ADDRESS THIS
 COMMENT. NEITHER SHEET DA603 NOR THE PHOTO WAS INCLUDED
 IN THE RESUBMITTAL.
