 2. COMMENT FROM FIRST REVIEW: FBC 107, AN INDEX PAGE IS
 SUGGESTED. NOTE THAT, WITHOUT AN INDEX, IT IS VERY
 DIFFICULT TO FIND INFORMATION. FOR INSTANCE, LS001
 WHICH INCLUDES INFORMATION NEEDED FOR REVIEW OF ALL
 OTHER SHEETS, IS AT THE END OF THE FILE DUE TO THE WAY
 THAT IT WAS NAMED; THIS IS TYPICALLY IN THE BEGINNING
 OR RIGHT AFTER CIVILS.
  
 2ND REVIEW - DOCUMENT "101 - GI1000, 102 - GI1001",
 ETC. WERE UPLOADED. AS THE OTHER DOCUMENTS ARE A ZERO
 SERIES (001, 052, 060, ETC.) THE INDEX APPEARS AT THE
 END OF THE DOCUMENT. SINCE THE PURPOSE WAS TO MAKE THE
 PLAN EASIER TO REVIEW AND TO FIND INFORMATION, PLEASE
 RENAME SO IT APPEARS BEFORE THE OTHER SHEETS RATHER
 THAN AT THE END.

 4. COMMENT FROM FIRST REVIEW: DA121, FBC B 1017, SECOND
 TIER LEVEL, EXITING FOR THE STORAGE AREAS IS NOT CLEAR.
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW EXIT ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE.
  
 2ND REVIEW, LS003A & DA131, 209'4" AND 212' ARE NOTED
 AS THE TRAVEL DISTANCE BUT THE LOCATION OF THE EXIT IS
 NOT CLEAR. THE PATH OF EGRESS SHOWN ON THE PLAN APPEARS
 TO END IN THE MIDDLE OF AN OPEN STAIR. CLARIFY EXIT
 LOCATION AND TRAVEL DISTANCE. LS003A DOES NOT APPEAR TO
 SHOW THE EXIT. IF THIS IS COVERED UNDER AN EXCEPTION,
 PLEASE REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE.
  
 5. COMMENT FROM FIRST REVIEW: DA131, FBC B 1017, THIRD
 TIER LEVEL, EXITING FOR THE STORAGE AREAS IS NOT CLEAR.
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW EXIT ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE.
  
 2ND REVIEW, LS003A, DA131, 209'4" AND 212' ARE NOTED AS
 THE TRAVEL DISTANCES. THIS IS THE SAME AS 2ND FLOOR BUT
 BOTH APPEAR TO TRAVEL THROUGH AN UNPROTECTED STAIR, NOT
 CLEAR WHERE 209'4" ENDS FOR EACH STAIR. IF 209'4" IS
 THE DISTANCE FROM 2ND FLOOR STORAGE ROOM TO AN EXIT,
 AND 3RD FLOOR USES THE SAME TRAVEL PATH BUT IS ONE
 FLOOR HIGHER, IT APPEARS THAT THE 3RD FLOOR NUMBER
 SHOULD BE A LARGER NUMBER.

 10. PER OUR DISCUSSION - SUBMIT THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING AND ENGINEERED SHOP DRAWINGS AS A
 SUBMITTAL. SUBMIT THE MISSING PAGE DS502 AS A REVISION
 TO 18060764. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS IS IN
 PROGRESS (PENDING CITY STAFF GENERATING A PROJECTDOX
 SUBMITTAL AND INVIDATION TO UPLOAD).
  
 11. THIS PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISOS:
  
 A. A SEPARATE ROOF PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION, SUBMIT ROOF PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
 PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 ENGINEERING FOR ENHANCED FASTENING IF APPLICABLE.
  
 B. COMPONENT & CLADDING PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 DIVISION, REVIEWED AND ISSUED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
