 1) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN OR SURVEY SHOWING THE BUILDING
 SETBACKS.
  
 2) THE ROOF DOES NOT MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE
 CITY COMMISSION. THE LOWEST LEVEL OF ROOF HAS BEEN
 REMOVED FROM THE PERMIT PLANS. IN ORDER TO REMOVE THIS
 FEATURE, THE CITY COMMISSION IS REQUIRED TO APPROVE AS
 PART OF A REVISED LEVEL III SITE PLAN REVIEW.
  
 3) THE PLANS ARE UNCLEAR TO THE DEPTH OF THE HORIZONTAL
 AND VERTICAL MULLIONS. THE APPROVED PLANS WERE TO
 EXPAND THE LOBBY WITH THE SAME DEPTH OF THE MULLIONS.
 SHEET DA303 SEEMS TO INDICATE HORIZONTAL MULLION DEPTH,
 BUT DOES NOT GIVE DETAILS ON THE DEPTH, NOR HOW IT
 COMPARES TO THE EXISTING MULLION DEPTH. PROVIDE
 INFORMATION TO VERIFY THAT THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL
 MULLIONS ARE THE SAME AS EXISTING.
  
 4) THE MECHANICAL PLANS SHOW NEW ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT. IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITYPLACE DRI, PLEASE PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND
 PRIVATE UTILITY SERVICE CONNECTIONS; HEATING,
 VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS;
 COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND RELATED EQUIPMENT, SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW THROUGH ANY COMBINATION OF
 LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND EQUIPMENT LOCATION. PLEASE
 PROVIDE PLANS OR OTHER EVIDENCE THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
