| AND PROVIDE AN EXHAUST PIPE DRAWING SHOWING THE TOTAL |
| SYSTEM RUN AND LENGTH MEASUREMENT. PLEASE INCLUDE ALL |
| COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SILENCER, ANY |
| CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED PIPING, AND PIPE SUPPORT AND |
| SPACING. |
| 2) THE GENERATOR SPECIFICATIONS NOTE THAT THE GENERATOR |
| OFFERS A UL 2200 LISTING. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE |
| CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE SHOWING THE UL 2200 LISTING. |

| 3) THE GENERATOR SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 37 |

| REQUIRED FOR THE FUEL TANK DEPENDING ON THE CLASS OF |
| LIQUID OF THE FUEL. NFPA 30 SEC. 9.13. IT APPEARS THE |
| FUEL IS A II COMBUSTIBLE LIQUID PER NFPA 30. CLARIF ON |
| THE PLANS.. |
| 5) IN ADDITION TO THE TANK PLANS THAT HAVE BEEN |
| SUBMITTED, SUPPLY ANY ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURER'S |
| SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FUEL TANK.WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. |

| 6) THE MAXIMUM BACKPRESSURE FOR THE EXHAUST SYSTEMVPER |
| THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS IS 10 KPA PLEASE PROVIDE A |
| BACKPRESSURE CALCULATION TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. THE |
| CALCULATION MUST INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS OF THE EXHAUST |
| SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE SILENCER AND ALL FACTORY OR |

| 7) THE FUEL TANK VENTS SHALL BE 5 FEET FROM BUILDING |
| OPENINGS AND 15 FEET FROM POWERED VENTILATION AIR |
| INTAKES PER NFPA 30-12 SEC.19.5.3.2. |
| 8) A SIGN OR MARKING THAT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF |
| NFPA 704, OR ANOTHER APPROVED SYSTEM, SHALL BE APPLIED |
| TO STORAGE TANKS CONTAINING LIQUIDS PER NFPA 30 |
| SEC.21.7.2.1. |
| 9) EMERGENCY RELIEF VENTING IS REQUIRED FOR THE FUEL |
| TANK PER NFPA 30 SEC.22.7. |
| 10) SHOW ON THE PLAN HOW THE VENT PIPES FROM THE FUEL |
| TANK WILL BE PROTECTED WHERE PASSING THROUGH THE WALLS |
| OF THE STRUCTURE. |
| 11) THE FILL PORT FOR THE FUEL TANK SHALL BE PROVIDED |
| ON AN EXTERIOR WALL OF THE ROOM OR STRUCTURE ENCLOSING |
| THE TANK AT A POINT AT LEAST 24 INCHES FROM ANY |
| BUILDING OPENING AT THE SAME OR LOWER LEVEL PER NFPA |
| 37-15 SEC. 6.6.3.3. SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE FILL PORT |
| ON THE PLANS. |
| 12) THE MAXIMUM BACKPRESSURE FOR THE EXHAUST SYSTEMVPER |
| THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECS IS 10 KPA PLEASE PROVIDE A |
| BACKPRESSURE CALCULATION TO SHOW COMPLIANCE. THE CALC |
| MUST INCLUDE ALL COMPONENTS OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM, |

| DIESEL SYSTEMS SHALL BE INSTALLED BELOW THE ENGINE FUEL |
| RETURN ELEVATION PER NFPA 110-13 SEC.7.9.4. |
| 15) THE RETURN LINE TO THE DAY TANK SHALL BE BELOW THE |
| FUEL RETURN ELEVATION PER NFPA 110 SEC. 7.9.4.1. |
| 16) APPROVED FLEXIBLE FUEL LINES SHALL BE USED BETWEEN |
| THE PRIME MOVER AND THE FUEL PIPING. NFPA 110 SEC. |
| 7.9.3.2. |
| 17) NORMAL VENTS FROM THE FUEL STORAGE TANK SHALL |
| COMPLY WITH.NFPA 30 SEC. 21.4.3.3. |
