 5. LIGHT FIXTURES ALONG ROSEMAY AVENUE SHALL BE
 RELOCATED ALONG THE CURB BETWEEN THE TREES. SHEET
 EL1.01 SHOWS THE CURB LOCATION BUT SHEET E1.01A SHOWS A
 DIFFERENT LOCATION.
 6. OFFICE ENTRANCE CANOPY IS ENCROACHING MORE THAN THE
 MAXIMUM12 FEET ALLOWED, PLEASE ADJUST. IN ADDITION, AN
 AERIAL EASEMENT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE ENCROACHMENT UP
 TO 12 FEET.
 7. LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT HAVE
 BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS APPLICATION. APPLICANT SHALL
 SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 8. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE CONDITIONS OF
 APPROVAL FOR THE ALLEY ABANDONMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 180-18.
 9. PLEASE CONFIRM THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT TO
