 DRAWINGS THAT SHOWS THAT THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION SHALL
 BE MAINTAINED ACROSS EACH OF THE GARAGE AND SERVICE
 ENTRANCES.
 2- PLEASE INDICATE ALL UTILITY CONNECTIONS AND LINES TO
 IDENTIFY ANY CONFLICTS WITH TREE PLANTINGS.
 3- THE PATTERN OF THE TERRACOTTA AND GLSSS FRAME HAS
 BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL DRAWINGS.
 FACADE MATERIALS AND PATTERNS SHALL MATCH DAC APPROVAL
 AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
 4- EAST ELEVATION CALL OUT FOR "IMPACT RESISTANT
 ALUMINUM WINDOW WALL SYSTEM" ON THE EASTERNMOST GARAGE
 WALL. PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT IS BEING USED FOR THE
 ARCHITECTURAL TREATMENT ON THAT FACADE.
 5- APPROVED ELEVATIONS CALL OUT FOR TERRACOTTA
 RAINSCREEN WITH CUSTOMIZED VERTICALLY FLUTTED PROFILE,
 OR HORIZANTILLY FLUTTED PROFILE. THE PROFILE SUBMITTED
 IS DIFFERENT. PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONFIRM THE
 NEW PROFILE PROVIDES THE SAME EFFECT THAN THE APPROVED
 PROFILE.ALSO CLARIFY THE COLOR OF THE TERRACOTA IS AS
 APPROVED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PROFILE DETAILS TO MATCH
 SPECIFICATIONS AND RENDERINGS APPROVED.
 6- PARKING GARAGE ENTANCE SHALL BE FINISHED (MIN. 20
 FEET FROM FACADE) WITH STUCCO OR PLASTER, FINISHED AND
 PAINTED COMPARABLE TO A HABITABLE SPACE. ALL
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING SYSTEM SHALL BE
 COVERED OR SCREENED.
 7- PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE ART IN PUBLIC
 PLACES ORDINANCE. PLEASE DISCUSS THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED ART AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THE ART DESIGN MAY
 AFFECT THE DESIGN OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
 8- DETAILS FOR THE TROLEY SHELTER SHALL BE INCLUDED IN
 PERMIT SET.
 9- OFFICE ENTRANCE CANOPY ENCROACHES INTO THE ROW. A
 ROW AERIAL EASEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 10- PLEASE INCLUDE SPECTS FOR LIGHTFIXTURES ALONG THE
 SIDEWALK.
 11. PLEASE THE SHEET WITH BUILDING FOOTPRINT
 INFORMATION, FAR INFORMATION, PARKING CALCULATIONS, AND
 PROJECT DATA.
 12. PLEASE PROVIDE A 1ST FLOOR PLAN WITH ALL THE
 EXTERIOR ELEMENTS (LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE, LIGHTING,
 ETC)
 13. PLEASE INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE EXISTING CURB
 LINE IN SITE PLAN.
 14. PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF ON-STREET PARKING
 SPACES THAT ARE GOING TO BE REMOVED BY THE PROJECT.
 PAYMENT FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE SPACES WILL BE REQUIRED
 PLESE CONTACT PARKING ADMINISTRATION.
 15- PLEASE PROVIDE LIGHT FIXTURE LEGEN AND SPEC FOR
 THOSE FIXTURES LOCATED ON THE PUBLIC REALM.
 16- PLEASE PROVIDE PHOTOMETRICS FOR PUBLIC REALM.
  
 - A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR LANDSCAPE.
 PRELIMINARY LANDSCAPE COMMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 1.EXISTING OAKS ON ROSEMARY AVENUE SHALL BE REPLACED
 WITH NEW TREES.
 2. CLUSIA TREES ON NORTH PUBLIC OPEN SPACE DO NOT MEET
