 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) THE MEN?S RESTROOM DETAIL INDICATES A URINAL THAT
 MAY OVERLAP THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED FOR THE
 WATER CLOSET. PLEASE DIMENSION THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACES
 FOR ALL OF THE PLUMBING FIXTURES. SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE
 FOR:
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 604.3.2 OVERLAP.
 THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE AROUND THE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO OVERLAP THE WATER CLOSET, ASSOCIATED GRAB
 BARS, DISPENSERS, SANITARY NAPKIN DISPOSAL UNITS, COAT
 HOOKS, SHELVES, ACCESSIBLE ROUTES, CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 AND CLEARANCES REQUIRED AT OTHER FIXTURES, AND THE
 TURNING SPACE. NO OTHER FIXTURES OR OBSTRUCTIONS SHALL
 BE LOCATED WITHIN THE REQUIRED WATER CLOSET CLEARANCE.
  
 1B) DETAIL # 2 RESTROOM ELEVATION DETAILS DETAIL F,
 PLEASE DIMENSION THE BOTTOM ELEVATION OF THE MIRROR TO
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 603.3 OF THE FBC-ACCESS.
 CODE. MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE
 REFLECTING SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED ABOVE
 LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE
 BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES (890
 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 1C) BREAK ROOM ELEVATION (6)(A) SHOWS A TOE KICK AND
 DOORS, THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THESE ELEMENTS ARE
 REMOVABLE FOR A FRONT ENTRY. A SIDE ENTRY CANNOT BE
 USED SINCE THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE 48 INCHES
 CANNOT BE CENTERED ON THE SINK. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH 2017 ACCESS. CODE SECTION 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
 A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR
 A FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1D) BREAK ROOM ELEVATION (6)(B)SHOWS A MICROWAVE IN THE
 TOP CABINETS. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE SECTIONS:
 308.1 REACH RANGES SHALL COMPLY WITH 308.
 309.3 HEIGHT. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE PLACED WITHIN ONE
 OR MORE OF THE REACH RANGES SPECIFIED IN 308.
 309.4 OPERATION. OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE OPERABLE WITH
 ONE HAND AND SHALL NOT REQUIRE TIGHT GRASPING,
 PINCHING, OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST. THE FORCE REQUIRED
 TO ACTIVATE OPERABLE PARTS SHALL BE 5 POUNDS (22.2 N)
 MAXIMUM.
  
 2) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS

 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
