 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- HOUSE VALUE IS MORE THAN $300.000. NEED TO COMPLY
 WITH THE ROOF TO WALL CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 706.8 FBC-EXISTING-BUILDING.
  
 RESPONSE:
 LETTER SUBMITTED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT ROOF TO WALL
 CONNECTIONS EXCEED THE 15% OF THE TOTAL RE-ROOFING IS
 DONE WITH THE THE LETTERHEAD OF THE ROOFING CONTRACTOR
 BUT SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION
 COMPANY. THIS IS UNUSUAL. TALKED TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL (ROBERT BROWN) AND THE LETTER NEEDS TO BE
 REVISED. IF PROVIDING LETTER WITH THE ROOFING
 CONTRACTOR LETTERHEAD, THEN ROOFING CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO
 SIGN THE LETTER AND PROVIDE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
 FROM THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR'S ESTIMATE WITH THE
 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LETTERHEAD. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
