 1) RESOLUTION NO. 68-18 REQUIRES THAT PRIOR TO THE
 ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY/COMPLETION FOR
 THE VALET GARAGE, THE KRAVIS CENTER MUST:
 A. PAY THE CITY FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY STANDARD PARKING
 SPACES ALONG IRIS STREET. THE TWO ADA SPACES ARE BEING
 REPLACED BY THE RELOCATED TROLLEY STOP AND THUS NO
 COMPENSATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE SPACES.
 B. SECURE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, TO INCLUDE
 CURBING, APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND LIGHTING.
 C. COMPLETE AND PASS INSPECTIONS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING CURBING,
 APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, LANDSCAPING,
 IRRIGATION, LIGHTING AND THE TROLLEY STOP.
 D. AGREE TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
 THE CITY FOR ALL OF THE SAPODILLA AVENUE AND IRIS
 STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 2) DUE TO THE CHANGES TO THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF
 RESOLUTION NO. 68-18, AN AS BUILT MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR ANY CHANGED PLANS IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO CO.
  
 3) THE SURFACE LOT REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
