 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE STAIRWELL MULLIONS WERE APPROVED
 WITH DEPTH ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE GLAZING. THE
 SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT DEMONSTRATE THAT THEY EXTEND
 PAST THE GLAZING. ----- THE RESPONSE STATES THAT THE
 MULLIONS ARE A "PRONOUNCED 1 INCH" BEYOND THE CURTAIN
 WALL. ZONING STAFF STILL COULD NOT DETERMINE WHICH
 DETAIL CLEARLY SHOWS THE 1 INCH PROJECTION.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE RESPONSE STATES THAT BREAK METAL WILL
 BE APPLIED TO THESE MULLIONS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL
 DEPTH. THIS WAS ALSO NOT DEMONSTRATED ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: PHOTOMETRICS TO THE EDGE OF THE SITE
 ARE REQUIRED SINCE THERE IS EXTERIOR LIGHTING SHOWN.
 ----- IT APPEARS THAT THIS PERMIT IS TO INCLUDE THE
 ROOFTOP AND CANOPY LIGHTING, SO PHOTOMETRICS ARE
 REQUIRED AS WELL AS DETAILS TO VERIFY THAT THE LIGHTING
 MOUNTED UNDER THE CANOPIES MUST BE FLUSH MOUNTED IN THE
 FIXTURES AND NOT EXTEND BELOW THE LOWEST POINT OF THE
 CANOPY. IF THE LIGHTING WILL BE PART OF A SEPARATE
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL, THEN THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY STATED
 ON THE PLANS AND THIS COMMENT CAN BE RESERVED FOR THE
 LIGHTING PERMIT.
  
 3) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT RESOLUTION NO. 68-18 REQUIRES
 THAT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE VALET GARAGE, THE KRAVIS CENTER MUST:
 A. PAY THE CITY FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY STANDARD PARKING
 SPACES ALONG IRIS STREET. THE TWO ADA SPACES ARE BEING
 REPLACED BY THE RELOCATED TROLLEY STOP AND THUS NO
 COMPENSATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE SPACES.
 B. SECURE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, TO INCLUDE
 CURBING, APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND LIGHTING.
 C. COMPLETE AND PASS INSPECTIONS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING CURBING,
 APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, LANDSCAPING,
 IRRIGATION, LIGHTING AND THE TROLLEY STOP.
 D. AGREE TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
 THE CITY FOR ALL OF THE SAPODILLA AVENUE AND IRIS
 STREET IMPROVEMENTS. BY THIS RESOLUTION, THE CITY
 COMMISSION AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
 RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE KRAVIS
 CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS.
  
 4) DUE TO THE CHANGES TO THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF
 RESOLUTION NO. 68-18, AN AS BUILT MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR ANY CHANGED PLANS IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO CO.
  
 5) THE SURFACE LOT REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
