 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE PARKING TABLE LISTED ON EACH FLOOR LISTS MORE
 PARKING SPACES THAN ARE ACTUALLY PROVIDED ON THAT
 FLOOR. PLEASE EXPLAIN/CORRECT.
  
 2) PROVIDE STRIPING DETAILS FOR THE "PIANO KEYS".
  
 3) ALL WHEEL STOPS ARE TO BE EXACTLY TWO FEET FROM THE
 FRONT END OF THE PARKING SPACE, NOT A MINIMUM OF TWO
 FEET. THIS NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY SHOWN FOR EACH PARKING
 STALL DETAIL.
  
 4) PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS TO VERIFY THAT A MINIMUM OF
 30% OF THE ROOF DECK IS COVERED BY THE CANOPY
 STRUCTURE.
  
 5) THE USE OF A BRONZE CANOPY ROOF TO MATCH THE
 EXISTING KRAVIS ROOF REQUIRES IT TO HAVE A RIBBED LOOK.
  
 6) PROVIDE VERIFICATION FROM COURTYARDS HOA FOR THE
 PERFORATED CANOPY ROOF.
  
 7) THE ALUMINUM PANEL SYSTEM IS REQUIRED ON THE WEST
 ELEVATION, PER THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED PLANS.
  
 8) THE STAIRWELL MULLIONS WERE APPROVED WITH DEPTH ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE GLAZING. THE SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT
 DEMONSTRATE THAT THEY EXTEND PAST THE GLAZING.
  
 9) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS (AND TO
 MATCH THE EXISTING DREYFOOS HALL), THE BANDING AT THE
 CORNERS OF THE GARAGE NEEDS TO BE RAISED OFF THE PLANE
 OF THE FACADE.
  
 10) THE NORTH ELEVATION (OVER THE VEHICLE EGRESS POINT)
 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVED PLANS.
 THE PERMIT SET CALLS OUT A PRECAST SPANDREL PANEL
 (PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT THIS IS) AND SHOWS OPENINGS IN
 THE WALL. THE APPROVED PLANS SHOW BOTH OF THESE AREAS
 AS SOLID STUCCO FINISHED WALLS.
  
 11) THE APPROVED PLANS SHOW THE DECORATIVE BANDS ON THE
 CORNERS OF THE VALET GARAGE GOING TO GRADE. THE
 ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOW EXPOSED FOUNDATION WHICH DOES
 NOT HAVE THE DECORATIVE BANDING.
  
 12) THE ROOF TOP LIGHT POLES MUST BE SHOWN ON THE
 ELEVATIONS AND INCLUDE THE HEIGHT DIMENSION. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THEY MAY NOT EXTEND HIGHER THAN THE HIGHEST
 POINT OF THE ROOFTOP CANOPY. THE FIXTURES MUST INCLUDE
 SIDE SPILL GLARE SHIELDS.
  
 13) THE LIGHTING MOUNTED UNDER THE CANOPIES MUST BE
 FLUSH MOUNTED IN THE FIXTURES AND NOT EXTEND BELOW THE
 LOWEST POINT OF THE CANOPY.
  
 14) PHOTOMETRICS TO THE EDGE OF THE SITE ARE REQUIRED
 SINCE THERE IS EXTERIOR LIGHTING SHOWN.
  
 15) THE GARAGE APPROVAL REQUIRES THAT, "THE IRIS STREET
 ACCESS POINT MAY NOT BE USED FOR VALET OPERATIONS AND
 SHALL REMAIN BLOCKED WITH A PHYSICAL BARRIER WHEN THE
 VALET GARAGE IS IN USE." PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS WILL
 OCCUR GIVEN THE FINAL PERMIT DESIGN OF THE GARAGE.
  
 16) PLEASE REMEMBER THAT RESOLUTION NO. 68-18 REQUIRES
 THAT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THE VALET GARAGE, THE KRAVIS CENTER MUST:
 A. PAY THE CITY FOR THE REMOVAL OF ANY STANDARD PARKING
 SPACES ALONG IRIS STREET. THE TWO ADA SPACES ARE BEING
 REPLACED BY THE RELOCATED TROLLEY STOP AND THUS NO
 COMPENSATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE SPACES.
 B. SECURE CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, TO INCLUDE
 CURBING, APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES,
 LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND LIGHTING.
 C. COMPLETE AND PASS INSPECTIONS FOR THE SAPODILLA
 AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING CURBING,
 APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, LANDSCAPING,
 IRRIGATION, LIGHTING AND THE TROLLEY STOP.
 D. AGREE TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH
 THE CITY FOR ALL OF THE SAPODILLA AVENUE AND IRIS
 STREET IMPROVEMENTS. BY THIS RESOLUTION, THE CITY
 COMMISSION AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
 RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE KRAVIS
 CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS.
  
 17) DUE TO THE CHANGES TO THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF
 RESOLUTION NO. 68-18, AN AS BUILT MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR ANY CHANGED PLANS IS REQUIRED
