| AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, TO INCLUDE |
| CURBING, APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, |
| LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND LIGHTING. |
| C. COMPLETE AND PASS INSPECTIONS FOR THE SAPODILLA |
| AVENUE AND IRIS STREET IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING CURBING, |
| APRONS, STREET TREES, TREE GRATES, LANDSCAPING, |
| IRRIGATION, LIGHTING AND THE TROLLEY STOP. |
| D. AGREE TO A RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH |
| THE CITY FOR ALL OF THE SAPODILLA AVENUE AND IRIS |
| STREET IMPROVEMENTS. BY THIS RESOLUTION, THE CITY |
| COMMISSION AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A |
| RIGHT-OF-WAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE KRAVIS |
| CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS. |
