 3. MILLING AND PAVING OF BISCAYNE DRIVE WILL REQUIRE A
 RIGHT OF WAY ROW PERMIT.
 4. SITE PLAN SP-2 HAS MULTIPLE SITE IMPROVEMENTS NOT
 RELEVANT TO THIS PAVING PERMIT.
 5. LANSCAPE PLANS LI-1, LP-1, LP-2 AND TD-1 ARE NOT
 RELEVANT TO THIS PAVING PERMIT.
 6. THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING DETAIL ON PLAN PAGE SP-2 IS
 OUT OF DATE. PLEASE SEE COPY OF CURRENT ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING DETAIL FOR YOUR REVIEW AND USE.
 7. THE PARKING AREA SOUTH OF BISCAYNE DRIVE WHICH
 SERVES THE NEW ADDITION REQUIRES AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING
 SPACE.
 8. IDENTIFY THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTES FROM ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING TO BUILDING ENTRANCES.
 9. REDUCE THE SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS TO THE SITE PLAN WITH
 THE MOST CURRENT REVISION AND THE PAVING, GRADING AND
 DRAINAGE PLAN.
 10. HAVE DESIGN PROFESSIONALS SIGN AND SEAL THEIR
 RESPECTIVE PLAN PAGES.
