 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT EXPOSURE "C".
 REVISE ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 ENGINEER CALCULATIONS WERE REVISED BUT INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE WAS NOT REVISED. THE DESIGN PRESSURES DON'T
 MATCH. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 2- REVISE ANCHOR SPACING AS REQUIRED BY THE REVISED
 ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 ANCHOR SPACING WAS NOT REVISED. THE ANCHOR SPACING USED
 ON THE FIRST SUBMITTAL WAS THE SAME FOR CONCRETE AND
 CONCRETE BLOCK INSTALLATIONS. THE REVISED DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRE A DIFFERENT ANCHOR SPACING FOR
 CONCRETE AND CONCRETE BLOCK INSTALLATION. REVISE ANCHOR
 SPACING AS REQUIRED. SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: TYPICALLY CONCRETE BLOCK HOUSES HAVE A PRECAST OR
 CONCRETE POURED BEAM AND THE BOTTOM IS CONCRETE BLOCK
 (FILLED OR NOT FILLED IS STILL CONCRETE BLOCK). REVISE
 ANCHOR SPACING FOR CONCRETE OR CONCRETE BLOCK
 INSTALLATION OR PROVIDE PROOF THAT OPENING SILL HAS A
 3192 PSI CONCRETE STRENGTH AS REQUIRED ON GENERAL, NOTE
 #6 ON SHEET 1 OF 10 OF SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 3- ACCORDING TO NOTE #3 ON SHEET 2 OF 10 OF STORM
 PANELS DRAWING 17-089 SUBMITTED THE MINIMUM PANEL
 LENGTH IS 48 INCHES. THERE ARE SOME PANELS THAT ARE
 LESS THAN 48 INCHES LONG. REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
 SUBMITTED WAS NOT REVISED. REVISE THE SHUTTER SPAN AS
