 1. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH FBC CHPT 33 -
 SAFEGUARDS DURING CONSTRUCTION.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE PROPERTY LINES,
 CONSTRUCTION AREAS, STAGING AREAS, HOW THE OCCUPANTS OF
 THE BUILDING WILL BE SAFE GUARDED DURING THEIR ENTRY
 AND EXIT OF THE BUILDING. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 FBC
 3306.7 ? COVERED WALKWAYS, INCLUDING LIGHTING FOR THE
 EXIT DISCHARGE. 2017 FBC 3310.2 ? MAINTENANCE OF MEANS
 OF EGRESS. REQUIRED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION,
 REMODELING OR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO ANY
 BUILDING.
  
 3301.1 SCOPE.
 THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER SHALL GOVERN SAFETY
 DURING CONSTRUCTION AND THE PROTECTION OF ADJACENT
 PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES.
 3301.2 STORAGE AND PLACEMENT.
 CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS SHALL BE STORED
 AND PLACED SO AS NOT TO ENDANGER THE PUBLIC, THE
 WORKERS OR ADJOINING PROPERTY FOR THE DURATION OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
  
 3302 CONSTRUCTION SAFEGUARDS
 3302.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 REQUIRED EXITS, EXISTING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, FIRE
 PROTECTION DEVICES AND SANITARY SAFEGUARDS SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES DURING ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR
 ADDITIONS TO ANY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1. WHERE SUCH REQUIRED ELEMENTS OR DEVICES ARE BEING
 ALTERED OR REPAIRED, ADEQUATE SUBSTITUTE PROVISIONS
 SHALL BE MADE.
 2. MAINTENANCE OF SUCH ELEMENTS AND DEVICES IS NOT
 REQUIRED WHEN THE EXISTING BUILDING IS NOT OCCUPIED.
 3302.2 MANNER OF REMOVAL.
 WASTE MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED IN A MANNER THAT
 PREVENTS INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS, ADJOINING
 PROPERTIES AND PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
 3302.3 FIRE SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTION.
 FIRE SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS CODE AND THE APPLICABLE
 PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 2. CANNOT VERIFY ORIGINAL SIGNATURE AND SEAL ON
 THRESHOLD STATEMENT.

 BUILDINGS, A SPECIAL INSPECTOR IS REQUIRED BY F.S.
 553.79 (5) TO THE MINIMUM INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY THIS
 CODE. THE THRESHOLD INSPECTION FORMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 FILLED OUT BY ALL PARTIES WITH INTEREST, NOTARIZED AND
 RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE AND REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE WILL TAKE PLACE.
  
 E. JOB INSPECTOR GUILLERMO PABRON IS NOT LICENSED PER
 FS 468 TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS. HIS
 ACTIVITIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES
 ONLY.
 110.8.6 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT MAY ALLOW A SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO CONDUCT THE MINIMUM STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 OF THRESHOLD BUILDINGS REQUIRED BY THIS CODE, SECTION
 553.73, FLORIDA STATUTES, WITHOUT DUPLICATIVE
 INSPECTION BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ANY PERSON
 CONDUCTING INSPECTIONS IS QUALIFIED AS A BUILDING
 INSPECTOR UNDER PART XII OF CHAPTER 468, FLORIDA
 STATUTES, OR CERTIFIED AS A SPECIAL INSPECTOR
 UNDER CHAPTER 471 OR 481, FLORIDA STATUTES. INSPECTIONS
 OF THRESHOLD BUILDINGS REQUIRED BY SECTION 553.79(5),
 FLORIDA STATUTES, ARE IN ADDITION TO THE MINIMUM
 INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY THIS CODE.
  
 110.8.4.1 THE SPECIAL INSPECTOR, UPON COMPLETION OF THE
 BUILDING AND PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR COMPLETION, FILE A SIGNED AND SEALED
 STATEMENT WITH THE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY IN SUBSTANTIALLY
 THE FOLLOWING FORM: ?TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND
 BELIEF, THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALL STRUCTURAL LOAD-BEARING
 COMPONENTS DESCRIBED IN THE THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN
 COMPLIES WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS AND THE SPECIALTY
 SHORING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER HAS ASCERTAINED
 THAT THE SHORING AND RESHORING CONFORMS WITH THE
 SHORING AND RESHORING PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE
 ENFORCEMENT AGENCY?.
