 GRATES OF OLIVE AVENUE AND REPAIR OR ADJUST IF
 NECESSARY.
 2. LIGHT FIXTURE AND POLE DETAILS TO BE INCLUDED IN
 DRAWINGS WITHIN 60 DAYS.
 3. FIRST PARKING SPACE IN PARKING GARAGE FROM PALM
 BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD ENTRANCE SHALL BE REMOVED.
 4. APPLICANT SHALL REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH SYBILLE
 WELTER FOR ART IN PUBLIC PLACES REQUIREMENT.

 5. THE FUTURE LEVEL TO THE PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH
 THIS SITE PLAN APPROVAL. A MINOR APPROVAL WOULD BE

 6. UTILITY BOXES, POLES, FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS,
 AND OTHER UTILITIES ARE TO BE LOCATED AS TO NOT BLOCK
 PEDESTRIAN TRAVEL AND PROPERLY SCREENED.
 7. APPLICANT SHALL WORK WITH UTILITY COMPANIES TO
 RELOCATE POLES THAT ARE BLOCKING PEDESTRIAN AND ADA
 ACCESS ALONG SIDEWALKS.
 8. PHOTOMETRICS INCLUDING EXISTING LIGHT POLES SHALL BE
 INCLUDED IN PLANS WITHIN 60 DAYS.
 9. A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 60
