 SHEET AS101:
 A. REPLACE THE ROOF PLAN WITH THE 1ST FLOOR PLAN.
 B. SHOW SIDEWALK AND PATHWAY DIMENSIONS.
 C. ENSURE THAT INDICATED TREES MATCH LANDSCAPE PLAN.
 D. SHOW THE PROPERTY LINES.
 E. INDICATE BUILDING SETBACK DIMENSIONS ON THE SITE
 PLAN.
 F. SHOW LOCATION OF THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE WIDTH.
 A CONDITION OF APPROVAL FOR THE PROJECT REQUIRED THAT
 THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE BE REDUCED TO 20 FEET.
 G. INCLUDE THE UPDATED SITE PROJECT DATA AND ZONING
 DATA, IN THE FORMAT THAT WAS ON THE APPROVED COVER
 SHEET A.0.0 PREPARED BY ALFONSO HERNANDEZ ARCHITECT
 LLC.
 H. INCLUDE REQUIRED AND PROPOSED BICYCLE PARKING DATA
 WITH THE PARKING DATA. THE REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING FOR
 THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS:
 I. SECURE BIKE RACKS AND/OR STORAGE AT A RATIO OF ONE
 BICYCLE PARKING SPACE PER EVERY 15 REQUIRED PARKING
 SPACES (INTERNAL TO BUILDING)
 II. PUBLIC BICYCLE PARKING AT A RATE OF ONE SPACE PER
 EVERY 100 FEET OF STREET FRONTAGE.
 2. PLEASE MARK THE FLOOR PLANS WITH ELEVATIONS FOR
 UNDERSTANDING OF ELEVATION CHANGES BETWEEN PARKING
 GARAGE AND OFFICE.
 3. REQUIRED PARKING IS BASED ON NET INTERIOR AREA,
 DEFINED AS: THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA, LESS AREAS DEDICATED
 TO PUBLIC LOBBIES AND CORRIDORS, EXTERIOR WALL
 ASSEMBLIES, STAIRWELLS, ELEVATOR SHAFTS, MECHANICAL,
 ELECTRICAL AND TRASH ROOMS. PLEASE PROVIDE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS BASED ON THIS DEFINITION.
 4. PLEASE INCLUDE A HARDSCAPE PLAN THAT INCLUDES
 BICYCLE RACKS, BOLLARDS, PAVERS, TREE GRATES, STREET
 LIGHTS, ETC. THE CITY-APPROVED BICYCLE RACK DETAIL CAN
 BE REQUESTED FROM CITY STAFF. PLEASE NOTE, THE BICYCLE
 RACK ON "L2&L2 PARKING", SHEET A2.2 IS NOT AN
 ACCEPTABLE RACK TYPE.
 5. PLEASE INCLUDE SITE PHOTOMETRIC PLANS WITH
 RESUBMITTAL.
 6. PLEASE INCLUDE AN UPDATED PLAN (SHEET A0.2 OF SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL SET) THAT SHOWS THE NEW BREAKDOWN OF
 F.A.R. WITH MODIFICATIONS TO THE FLOOR PLAN SINCE SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL.
 7. PLEASE ENCLOSE THE CRAWL SPACE OR USE A DIFFERENT
 FENCE THAN THE PROPOSED CHAIN LINK FENCE TO ENCLOSE THE
 VISIBLE NON-ACTIVE USE.
 8. PLEASE ADD SCORING LINES OR OTHER FENESTRATION TO
 WEST ELEVATION TO REDUCE AMOUNT OF EXPOSED BLANK WALL
 THAT WILL BE VISIBLE BEYOND THE ADJACENT ONE-STORY
 STRUCTURE.
 9. SOME BUILDING ARTICULATION WAS LOST ALONG THE TOP OF
 THE NORTH ELEVATION WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE EXPOSED
 PARKING DECK. PLEASE INCLUDE SOME ARTICULATION ALONG
 THIS FA?ADE.
 10. PLEASE ADD SCORING LINES OR FENESTRATION ALONG 6'3"
 TALL BLANK WALL ALONG THE NORTH FA?ADE (NEXT TO
 PROPOSED CHAIN LINK FENCE).
 11. APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
 12. PLEASE INCLUDE CIVIL PLANS WITH RESUBMITTAL.
 13. PLEASE INCLUDE DIMENSIONS OF REGULAR AND ADA
 PARKING SPACES.
 14. PLEASE INCLUDE STRIPING DETAIL FOR PARKING SPACES,

 17. PLEASE CLARIFY IF STRIPED PARKING SPACE ON FIRST
 FLOOR IS INTENDED TO BE A BACK UP SPACE AS IT IS AT THE
 TERMINUS OF A PARKING ROW. PLEASE INCLUDE BACK UP TURN
 RADIUS ON PLAN.
 18. PLEASE REMOVE THE FIRST PARKING SPACE AT THE
 NORTHERN ENTRANCE TO THE PARKING GARAGE FOR QUEUING AND
 VISIBILITY PURPOSES.
 19. PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SCORING OR ARCHITECTURAL
 TREATMENT ALONG THE SOUTH EXTERIOR ELEVATION
 (SPECIFICALLY ALONG THE PARKING GARAGE).
 20. PLEASE SUBMIT A PLAN THAT SHOWS THE TREATMENT OF
 THE INTERIOR PORTION OF THE GARAGE ENTRY.
 21. THE SECOND FLOOR PLAN AND LEVEL 1.6 ON THE SPLIT
 LEVEL PLANS DO NOT APPEARS TO MATCH (BICYCLE PARKING
 DOES NOT ALIGN). PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
 22. PLEASE INCLUDE STEPS OR A PATHWAY FROM THE
 ON-STREET PARKING TO THE PORTE COCHERE AREA.
 PEDESTRIANS HAVE TO NAVIGATE TO OTHER ENDS OF THE
 SIDEWALK TO REACH THE PATHWAY CONNECTIONS TO THE
 BUILDING AND WILL CUT THROUGH/DAMAGE LANDSCAPING.
 23. PLEASE CLARIFY IF SOUTHERN GARAGE EXIT IS INTENDED
 TO BE RIGHT-TURN OUT ONLY GOING INTO THE BI-DIRECTIONAL
 ALLEYWAY.
 24. THE PROPOSED TRANSFORMER PAD SHALL NEED TO BE
 PROPERLY SCREENED PER SECTION 94-315. PLEASE CONSIDER
 AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION FOR THE TRANSFORMER TO NOT BE
 IN ADJACENT TO THE PUBLIC ROW AND SIDEWALK.
 25. PLEASE INCLUDE THE BICYCLE RACK LOCATION ON THE
 NORTH ELEVATION.
 26. CONSIDER THE REMOVAL OF THE SCREENING PANEL ALONG
 THE EXTERIOR CORRIDOR FROM THE PARKING GARAGE TO THE
 BUILDING (AREAS NOT PART OF THE PARKING GARAGE) TO
 CREATE AN OPEN AIR CORRIDOR.
