| RUNNING OUTDOORS AS PART OF NORMAL TRANSIT TO AND FROM |
| THE FACILITY. |

| 6.3.2. ALL OVERHEAD DOORS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE |
| FACILITY SHALL REMAIN CLOSED AT ALL TIMES, EXCEPT WHEN |
| NECESSARY TO ENTER AND EXIT AND THE BUILDING. |
