| 1 - FBC 107.2.1 - CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF |
| SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND |
| EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT |
| WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND |
| RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS |
| DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. |

| EXISTING STRUCTURE(S) IS BEING MOVED AND INCLUDE A |
| DESCRIPTION OF THE MEANS AND METHODS INTENDED TO |
| CONNECT A MOVED STRUCTURE TO THE FOUNDATION AND |
| STEMWALL. PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAILS OR NOTES RELATIVE |
| TO PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, |
| HVAC, LANDSCAPING, DRIVEWAY, SEPARATE STRUCTURES, |
| INCLUDING A FUTURE POOL. THE ENTIRE SCOPE OF WORK TO |
| RESULT IN THE COMPLETE PROJECT SHOULD BE INCLUDED. YOU |
| MAY ELECT TO DEFER INFORMATION UNDER DESIGN WHICH IS |
| FORTHCOMING. PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SEPARATE STRUCTURE |
| REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION. ADDITIONALLY, |
| DRIVEWAYS, LANDSCAPING, POOLS, AND POOL BARRIERS |
| REQUIRES SEPARATE PERMIT SUBMITTALS. PLEASE NOTE OR |
| ACKNOWLEGE THIS ON THE PLAN. ADDITIONALLY THERE APPEARS |
| TO BE STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED. PLEASE ACKNOWLEGE |
| SUCH IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIGHT OF WAY ARE TO BE |

| EQUIPMENT IN SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA. |
