 1) THE PLAN COVERS TWO SEPARATELY OWNED PROPERTIES -
 PCN: 74434319000007010 OWNED BY PALM BEACH IMPORTS, INC
 AND PCN: 74434319040030010 OWNED BY BHLM PARTNERSHIP.
 YOU NEED TO SUBMIT AN ADDITIONAL PERMIT APPLICATION SO
 THAT BOTH PARCELS ARE COVERED (YOU MAY USE THE SAME SET
 OF PLANS FOR BOTH PERMITS).
  
 2) THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE
 THAT ANY SOURCE OF ILLUMINATION LOCATED WITHIN A
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT SHALL NOT
 EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF
 SUCH DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOOT CANDLE VALUES
 AT AND JUST BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE AND NOT AT THE
 CURB LINE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THIS STANDARD.
  
 3) THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH CURRENT
 CONDITIONS OR THE LATEST SITE PLAN APPROVAL ALONG
 EXCHANGE COURT. PLEASE USE THE CORRECT PLANS.
  
 4) THE PERMIT IS TO INSTALL NEW FIXTURES ON EXISTING
 POLES. DUE TO THE RECONFIGURATION OF THE SITE ALONG
 EXCHANGE COURT, SOME OF THE POLES WILL BE POLES IN NEW
 LOCATIONS. INDICATE WHICH POLES ARE IN NEW LOCATIONS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT NEW/RELOCATED POLES MUST BE A MINIMUM
 OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. THE SETBACK
 DIMENSION NEEDS TO BE CLEARLY ANNOTATED ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) THE LIGHT FIXTURES THEMSELVES ARE APPROVED BY
 ZONING.
