 KEEP CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM ENTERING ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES AND STORM DRAINS.
  
 2. [FBC R403.1.7.3] FOUNDATION ELEVATION. ON GRADED
 SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION SHALL EXTEND
 ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER AT POINT OF
 DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED DRAINAGE DEVICE A
 MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2 PERCENT. ALTERNATE
 ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN BE DEMONSTRATED THAT
 REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF DISCHARGE AND AWAY
 FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT ALL LOCATIONS ON THE
 SITE.
  
 3. [FBC R401.3]PROVIDE SITE DRAINAGE PLAN. WATER IS TO
 BE MANAGED ON SITE AND IS NOT TO DRAIN INTO ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES.
  
 4. [FBC R401.4]PROVIDE SOIL REPORT.-NOT REQUIRED FOR
 THIS PROJECT DB-10-24-18
  
 5. [FBC R2319.17.2.1.1]PREFABRICATED WOOD TRUSSES SHALL
 BE DESIGNED BY A REGISTERED ENGINEER.
  
 6. [FBC 107.3.4.1]SUBMIT TRUSS SHOP DRAWINGS, OR
 INDICATE THAT THE SUBMITTAL WILL BE DEFERRED. DEFERRED

 MAIN HOUSE WITH ICYNENE? WHAT WILL BE THE THERMAL
 BARRIER, 1/2 DRYWALL? SHOW ON PLANS HOW INSULATION
 FILLS FROM ROOF DECK TO BEAM BELOW AND WHAT THE
 INSULATION ATTACHES TO. ALSO, SEE FOLLOWING COMMENT
 ABOUT ATTIC ACCESS.
  
 8. [FBC R807]BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO
 ATTIC AREAS THAT HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES OR
 GREATER OVER AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30 SQUARE FEET.
  
 9. WHAT IS HAPPENING BETWEEN THE HOUSE AND GARAGE WITH
 THE THERMAL ENVELOPE? PLANS SHOW ICYNENE AT THE GARAGE
 ROOF AND INSULATION AT WALL IN BETWEEN HOUSE AND
 GARAGE. WHAT HAPPENS AT GARAGE CEILING AND IN BETWEEN
 GARAGE/HOUSE FROM ROOF DECK TO BEAM BELOW?
  
 10. PLEASE RE-PRINT THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE DRAWING PORTION THAT SHOULD BE PRINTED IN LANDSCAPE
 FORMAT. MUCH OF THE DATA, INCLUDING DESIGN
 PRESSURES/ATTACHMENT, IS CUT OFF.
 18-0503.06, 18-0529.03, 17-1212.13, 17-1212.22 AND
 17-1212.21
  
 11. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ATTACHMENT OF
 CEMENT ROOF TILE, OR INDICATE THAT IT WILL BE DEFFERED.
  
 NOTE:
 -PLEASE PROVIDE COMMENT RESPONSE SHEET TO EXPLAIN HOW
 EACH COMMENT IS BEING ADDRESSED.
 -ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING PENDING REVIEW
 OF MATERIALS REQUESTED.
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED SETS
 OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
