| "PERMA-GRASS". PLEASE REMEMBER THAT NONE OF THE |
| EXISTING LANDSCAPE ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING MAY BE |
| REMOVED AS PART OF THIS APPLICATION. THE EXISTING |
| LANDSCAPE MAY NOT BE REMOVED SINCE IT IS THE REQUIRED |
| LANDSCAPE BUFFER AND FOUNDATION PLANTING. THIS PERMIT |
| MUST INCLUDE CALCULATIONS TO VERIFY THAT THE SOD BEING |
| REMOVED FOR THE PLAY AREA DOES NOT REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF |
