 BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES
 MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE
 SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH
 THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT
 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE
 THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL

 THE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FOR THE PROPOSED OCCUPANCY
 IS "I-4" DAY CARE FACILITIES NOT "E" (MORE THAN 100
 CHILDREN). REVISE THE PREVIOUS TENANT NOTES, BUILDING
 AND CONSTRUCTION DATA AND INTERIOR FINISHES INFORMATION
 AS REQUIRED. PLANS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AS INSTITUTIONAL

 D) REVISE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD. THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF 35S.F. NET FOR DAY CARE IS FOR ALL OCCUPANTS
 INCLUDING STAFF, NOT JUST THE CHILDREN. NEED TO DELETE
 THE 30 STAFF. ON THE OTHER HAND NEED TO ADD THE NUMBER
 OF PEOPLE FOR OTHER AREAS LIKE KITCHEN, RECEPTION AND
