 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) COMPLIED, 2 NEW SETS OF PLANS. COLLATED. VOIDED
 SHEETS REMOVED FROM THE SETS OF PLANS AND NEW SHEETS
 INSERTED.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST. THE 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS INDICATED
 SEPARATE PERMITS REQUIRED FOR BOTH SIDES OF THE TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL AND NEW FILE ROOM TO BE USED FOR TENANT
 100. WHEREAS SHEET A2 ALSO SHOWS THE SAME AREA IS BEING
 PREPPED FOR A FUTURE RESTROOM. IT IS NOT CLEAR AS TO
 HOW MANY SQUARE FEET ARE GOING TO BE PART OF THE TENANT
 SPACE # 100. THE CODE SUMMARY ON SHEET A1 INDICATES A
 TOTAL OF 8448 SQUARE FEET IN TENANT SPACE # 100. PLEASE
 NOTE WITH THE ADDITIONAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE STORAGE
 ROOM THE OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD ALSO INCREASE ABOVE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD INDICATED 85. WHEREAS SHEET A2 INDICATES
 8924 SQ. FT.? DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST. THE RESPONSE INDICATED THE CONTRACTOR
 WILL SUPPLY VALUE FOR THE PROJECT. ORIGINAL COMMENT,
 THE VALUE APPEARS LOW WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENT 109.
  
 4) THE PLANS SHEET A2 SHOWS THERE IS A LAB IN THIS
 TENANT SPACE. RESPONSE INDICATES WILL SUBMIT LATER
 UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. TO DO THIS YOU WILL NEED TO
 REMOVE THE LAB FROM THE SCOPE OF WORK. PLEASE BE AWARE
 UNDER THE BUILDING REVIEW AND MECHANICAL REVIEW THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR A LAB WILL REQUIRE RATED WALLS
 VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS OTHER THAN A OFFICE (BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY) AND THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER 307 HAZARDOUS
 MATERIAL, TABLE 307.1(1) MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITIES
 OF MATERIALS PER CONTROL AREAS. CONTROL AREAS SEE 2017
 FBC-B SECTION 414.2 CONTROL AREAS. CONTROL AREAS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 414.2.1 THROUGH414.2.5 AND THE
 FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE INDICATE UNDER THE 2017
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION 301.1 REVISE PLANS
 TO INDICATE WHICH COMPLIANCE METHOD WAS USED IN
 DEVELOPING THE PLANS. THE RESPONSE LETTER STATES THIS
 ALTERATION IS A LEVEL 2. PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTE DOES NOT
 APPEAR ON SHEET A1 UNDER THE HEADING CODE SUMMARY.

 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
