 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) NO SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL. AN
 UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS
 REQUIRED WITH THE PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 2.) PLEASE SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED NEW
 5FT. HIGH WALL ALONG THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO ENSURE
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 3.) SHOW SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF ALL NEW/RELOCATED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E. A/C UNIT, POOL EQUIPMENT,
 ETC.) IN THE PLAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A
 SETBACK. [ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4)]
  
 4.) SHOW SETBACK AND DIMENSIONS FOR THE PROPOSED NEW
 DRIVEWAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW DRIVEWAY CANNOT
 EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH, AND MUST BE SETBACK AT LEAST 3
 FT. FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR S.94-312 AND
 S.94-482(D)]
  
 5.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($325,000.00) EXCEEDS
 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($143,083.00) ACCORDING TO
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE,
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE
 SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE
 INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES
 NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND
 IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL
 TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
  
 6.) PLAN SHOWS THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING TREES FROM THE
 PROPERTY. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT (TAP) IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OF ANY TREES/PALMS ON THE
 PROPERTY. PLEASE CONTACT THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE PLANNER,
