2018-05-30 11:09:48ZONING REVIEW FAILED, DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 1) INDICATE ON SURVEYS THE WIDTH OF PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 DRIVEWAYS SHALL NOT EXCEED 20 FEET IN WIDTH.
 2) INDICATE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY TO
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE, SHOULD BE AT LEAST 3 FEET.
 3) ENSURE FRONT YARD MEETS LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS,
 WHEREBY, THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT
 OF THE FRONT YARD AREA SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING
 PLANT MATERIAL (SUCH AS GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS,
 HEDGES, VINES OR TREES).
 4) CONFIRM MATERIAL OF DRIVEWAY, PERMIT APPLICATION
 INDICATES ALSPHALT BUT THE SURVEY SHOWS IT'S GRAVEL.
