 1. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PROVIDE TWO IDENTICAL COLLATED
 SETS OF DOCUMENTS FOR ISSUANCE. OLD SHEETS (BOTH SETS)
 SHOULD BE RETAINED IN THE PACKAGE; PLEASE DO NOT
 DISCARD ANY DOCUMENTS. THEY SHOULD BE BOUND TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY FROM THE TWO ISSUANCE SETS AND MARKED "VOID"
 OR "OLD SHEETS". PLEASE DO NOT STAMP THE PLANS VOID AS
 APPLICANTS ARE INADVERTENTLY STAMPING SHEETS THAT WE
 NEED "VOID", RENDERING THEM NOT USABLE.
  
 2. PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS PERMITTED
 OCCUPANCY; IS THIS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY? IF YES,
 REVISE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC EB CHAPTER 10.
  
 3. THIS PROPERTY HAS A NUMBER OF EXPIRED PERMITS;
 PLEASE RESOLVE AT THIS TIME. AS DISCUSSED, AT LEAST
 THREE OF THE PERMITS WERE FOR THE SUBJECT UNIT. THERE
 IS AN EXPIRED ELECTRICAL PERMIT WHICH FAILED
 INSPECTION.
  
 4. PLAN SHOW OCCUPANCY AS "WAREHOUSE" WITH 500 SF PER
 PERSON, BUT THE PLAN ALSO STATES THAT THIS IS A
 "SHOWROOM". A SHOWROOM IS MERCANTILE FBC B 309.1, 60 SF
 PER PERSON, FBC B 1004.
  
 5. PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE BREAK ROOM SINK, FBC A
 212.3, 606.
  
 6. PLAN STATES THAT ADA BATHROOM IS "EXISTING", BUT THE
 DETAILS ARE STANDARD DETAILS. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE
 EXISTING TO SHOW COMPLIANCE, FBC 107.
  
 7. PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD, FBC 107.
  
 8. DOES THIS SPACE HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE, FROM
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING TO THE ENTRANCE? FBC A 202.4. REVISE
 PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE.

 10. (NEW 6/28) THE PLAN INDICATES "EXISTING FIRE
 WALLS". PLEASE SEE EXPIRED PERMITS 06082252, 10070718.
 AS FINAL INSPECTIONS WERE NOT OBTAINED, THE WALLS ARE
 NOT CONSIDERED "EXISTING". THIS WORK SHOULD BE
 INCORPORATED INTO THIS PERMIT.
