| 3. THERE IS A DESCREPENCY BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN |
| SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND THE SURVEY PROVIDED BY PM |
| SURVEYING. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 15 FOOT ALLEY WITH A 5 |
| FOOT EASEMENT. THE SURVEY SHOWS A 10 FOOT ALLEY WITH |
| THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE. |
| CLRIFICATION IS REQUIRED BETWEEN THESE TWO DOCUMENTS. |

| CONNECTION, UTILITY POLE, MANHOLE, FIRE ALARM BOX OR |
| CATCH BASIN, OR SO AS TO INTERFERE WITH THE PASSAGE OF |
| WATER IN THE GUTTER. PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE SHALL BE |
| PROVIDED TO SUCH UTILITY FIXTURES DURING THE PROGRESS |
| OF THE WORK, BUT SIGHT OF THEM SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED. |
