 FOR WORK IN A PUBLIC WAY.
 IF SCAFFOLDING OR COVERED WALKWAY EXTENDS BEYOND THE
 PRIVATE PROPERTY AND ONTO CITY RIGHT OF WAY,
 ENGINEERING WILL REQUIRE RIGHT OF WAY PERMITS. PLEASE

 3. THERE IS A DESCREPENCY BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN
 SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND THE SURVEY PROVIDED BY PM
 SURVEYING. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS A 15 FOOT ALLEY WITH A 5
 FOOT EASEMENT. THE SURVEY SHOWS A 10 FOOT ALLEY WITH
 THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE.
 CLRIFICATION IS REQUIRED BETWEEN THESE TWO DOCUMENTS.
 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 4. IF THE CONSTRUCTION FENCE WILL BE LOCATED ON THE
 WEST PROPERTY LINE AND ENCROACHES AN EASEMENT, PROVIDE
 THE REQUIRED UTILITY RELEASES.
 3308.2 UTILITY FIXTURES.
 BUILDING MATERIALS, FENCES, SHEDS OR ANY OBSTRUCTION OF
 ANY KIND SHALL NOT BE PLACED SO AS TO OBSTRUCT FREE
 APPROACH TO ANY FIRE HYDRANT, FIRE DEPARTMENT
 CONNECTION, UTILITY POLE, MANHOLE, FIRE ALARM BOX OR
 CATCH BASIN, OR SO AS TO INTERFERE WITH THE PASSAGE OF
 WATER IN THE GUTTER. PROTECTION AGAINST DAMAGE SHALL BE
 PROVIDED TO SUCH UTILITY FIXTURES DURING THE PROGRESS
 OF THE WORK, BUT SIGHT OF THEM SHALL NOT BE OBSTRUCTED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. PLEASE, ADDITIONALLY, INSERT
 CORRECTED PAGES INTO SUBMITTAL AND LEAVE THE PREVIOUSLY
