 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PERMIT, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 AT THE NORTH END OF THE WEST ROW OF PARKING, AND THE
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND WITH A TREE OR 3 PALMS AT THE
 SOUTH END OF THE ROW. IF PARKING SPACE WIDTH CAN BE
 REDUCED, THE 5 FOOT BUFFER AND TERMINAL ISLAND CAN BE
 PROVIDED. ACCESS TO THE ADA LIFT CAN CUT THROUGH THE
 TERMINAL ISLAND.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE
 SOUTH END OF THE CENTER 2 ROWS OF PARKING, AND MEET THE
 TREE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 3. PLEASE CORRECT CALCULATIONS FOR THE NORTH BUFFER ON
 THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART TO 5 REQUIRED AND 5
 PROVIDED.
  
 4. PLEASE CORRECT CALCULATIONS FOR THE EAST BUFFER ON
 THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENT CHART TO 6 REQUIRED AND 4
 PROVIDED. THE FIFTH TREE CAN BE A CLUSTER OF 3 PALMS
 ADDED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 12 FOOT HEIGHT FOR THE
 CLUSIA AND ILEX CASSINE TREES.
  
 6. PLEASE CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE CHART
 TO THE CURRENT CODE VERSION FOR ALL THE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW LOCATIONS OF WATER AND SEWER LINES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 9. PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT
 SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL
 ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT
 SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF
 SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA
 WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA
 LANDSCAPES.
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL ABOVE GROUND
 UTILITY VALVES AND BACKFLOWS PREVENTERS.
