 1. EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018, SUBMITTALS OVER 25 PAGES ARE
 TO BE DIGITAL. RESUBMITTAL FOR THIS REVISION IS TO BE
 DIGITAL, ALL AFFECTED PAGES.
  
 2.FOR THIS REVISION, TWO OLD SETS WERE REMOVED. ONE OLD
 SET WAS LEFT, THREE NEW SETS SUBMITTED. THE THREE NEW
 SETS ARE LACKING THE PAGES WHICH WERE NOT REVISED;
 THESE PAGES SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE OLD SETS
 AND INSERTED INTO THE NEW SETS. THEREFORE, THE SETS I
 HAVE ARE INCOMPLETE. FOR A FEW EXAMPLES, THE FOLLOWING
 PAGES ARE MISSING FROM THE REVISION:

 SEVERAL LANDSCAPE PAGES (NOT CLEAR IF THIS IS NEEDED,
 BUT A PARTIAL LANDSCAPE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE PACKAGE -
 SHOULD BE EITHER COMPLETE OR REMOVED)

 3. THE ISSUE WITH THE MISSING SHEETS APPEAR TO BE AN
 ISSUE FOR FMEP SHEETS AS WELL AS A AND S SHEETS.
 THEREFORE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ISSUE MECHANICAL AND
 ELECTRICAL, BOTH WHICH HAVE PASSED, AS PREVIOUSLY
 OFFERED.
  
 4. LANDSCAPE PAGES WERE SUBMITTED. LANDSCAPING IS A
 SEPARATE PERMIT. IT APPEARS THAT 17060986 IS READY FOR
 ISSUANCE BUT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP. SINCE IT HAS NOT
 BEEN ISSUED, IF THERE ARE LANDSCAPE REVISIONS, YOU CAN
 RESUBMIT WITH UPDATED SHEETS RATHER THAN HAVE THE
 PERMIT ISSUED.
  
 5. ON REVISION 6, REVISION CLOUDS 4, 5 WERE REMOVED. TO
 PROPERLY DOCUMENT ALL CHANGES IN WHAT OUR PERMIT RECORD
 CONSIDERS ONE REVISION, PLEASE INCLUDE ALL CLOUDS 4, 5,
 6 AND (ADDRESSING NEW COMMENTS) 7.
  
 6. SHEET A1.13, A8.03, A8.04 ARE REFERENCED IN THE
 NARRATIVE BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED, PLEASE CORRELATE.
  
 7. SHEET A1.16 WAS SUBMITTED WITH A DELTA 6 BUT I WAS
 UNABLE TO LOCATE THIS REVISION AND IT'S NOT INCLUDED IN
 THE NARRATIVE, PLEASE CORRELATE.
  
 8. A2.04, ROOM 407, FBC B 307.1.1, A NEW FUEL TANK IN A
 NEW ROOM IS SHOWN. NO FIRE RATING IS SHOWN. NO
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE TANK, AMOUNT OF FUEL,
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, WAS PROVIDED.
  
 REVISE PLAN TO INCLUDE OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION FOR
 THIS NEW ROOM. SEE FBC B TABLE 307.1, FOOTNOTE P, FUEL
 IN THE TANK AND IN VEHICLES ARE EXEMPT, BUT FUEL STORED
 SEPARATELY TO FUEL AN APPLIANCE DOES NOT APPEARS TO BE
 EXEMPT. FBC 107, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION TO
 PROVIDE A COMPLETE REVIEW. REVISE PLAN TO SHOW CLASSIFY
 AS HAZARDOUS OR SHOW AMOUNT ALLOWED UNDER FBC B TABLE
 307.1(1).
  
 9. ARCHITECTURAL PAGE PROPOSES NO FIRE RATING FOR NEW
 ROOM 407 FUEL TANK, SHEET P2.06 SHOWS A 3 HOUR RATING;
 PLEASE CORRELATE.
  
 10. THE TOILET EXHAUST WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY GOING
 THROUGH STAIR 1, 6TH LEVEL, WAS REROUTED BUT NOW
 PLUMBING PIPING IS IN THE STAIR, SEPARATED BY A
 HORIZONTAL SHAFT WALL.
  
 PER BUILDING OFFICIAL, THIS CONDITION IS ACCEPTABLE BUT
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

 SPECIFIC HORIZONTAL SHAFT ASSEMBLY
  
 11. A7.43 SHOWS FIRE RATING DETAILS, BUT THEY APPEAR
 NON-SYMMETRICAL. IF THEY ARE NON SYMMETRICAL, THEY ARE
 TO BE TESTED FROM BOTH SIDES. SEE ALSO FLORIDA DEC
