 ACCORDINGLY. SHOW THE GRAB BARS REQUIRED BY FBC A
 806.4(I) AND (III); NOTE WATER CLOSET REQUIREMENTS,
 NOTE OPEN BED FRAME REQUIREMENT.
  
 4. A1.12, IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE OCCUPANT LOAD WAS
 REDUCED. MEETING ROOM 3 WITH 106 OCCUPANTS WAS
 ELIMINATED AND THE AREA COMBINED WITH THE ADJACENT OPEN
 AREA. IS THIS ALL NOW CONSIDERED "PRE-ASSEMBLY" WITH NO
 OCCUPANTS? WE DID NOT REQUIRE OCCUPANTS TO BE COUNTED
 IN THE PRE-ASSEMBLY AREAS AS THE OCCUPANT LOAD IN THE
 MEETING ROOMS WAS CONSERVATIVE (7 SF PER PERSON,
 ALTHOUGH TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE SHOWN). IT APPEARS THAT,
 WITH THE ELIMINATION OF MEETING ROOM 3, PRE-ASSEMBLY
 AREAS ARE LARGER THAN THE MEETING ROOMS.
  
 PLEASE ASSIGN AN AREA DESIGNATION (PRE-ASSEMBLY? OPEN
 MEETING?) TO THIS AREA, AND ASSIGN AN OCCUPANT LOAD TO
 THIS NEW LARGE OPEN AREA, OR CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS.
  
 5. A1.12 AND A1.31 CONFLICT. ONE USES 7 SF/PERSON FOR
 THE ASSEMBLY AREAS, THE OTHER USES 15 SF/PERSON AND
 ALSO STATES THAT AREA OCCUPIED BY TABLES WAS DEDUCTED
 FROM THE AREA. YOU CANNOT DEDUCT FURNITURE, REVISE
 NOTES AND CORRELATE. IF 15 SF/PERSON IS USED TO
 CALCULATE OCCUPANT LOAD, ALSO INCLUDE OCCUPANT LOAD IN
 THE PRE-ASSEMBLY AREA AT 15 SF/PERSON OR EXPLAIN HOW
 YOU CAN CONTROL THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THIS AREA.
  
 6. THE PURPOSE OF THE 18'10" DIMENSION IS NOT CLEAR. IT
 APPEARS TO BE INDICATING REMOTENESS OF EXITS BUT IS NOT
 MEASURING EXIT TO EXIT.
  
 7. A1.16, ELECTRICAL ROOM, HOUSEKEEPING, TEXT IS NOT
 CLEAR, PLEASE PRINT PROPERLY.

 SINCE IT APPEARS TO BE THE ONLY DOUBLE KING IT APPEARS
