 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. THE RESUBMITTED PLANS ONLY PROVIDE
 A DIMENSION TO CRANESNEST, AND WERE FROM THE SCREEN
 WALL, NOT THE SHED STRUCTURE. PLEASE NOTE THAT PURUSANT
 TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN, THE SHED IS TO BE A MINIMUM
 OF 25 FEET 3 INCHES FROM CRANESNEST WAY AND
 APPROXIMATELY 52 FEET FROM SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY. PLEASE
 REFER TO SHEET L-201 PREPARED BY FOSTER+PARTNERS.
  
 2. PLANS INDICATE THAT A UTILITY EASEMENT IS RUNNING
 UNDER THE PROPOSED BUILDING....PLEASE EXPLAIN WHO THIS
 EASEMENT BELONGS TO? IS THIS A GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITY
 EASEMENT? IS IT PRIVATE? EASEMENT CONSENT MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
