 FROM EX. RESIDENCE #325 TO ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE,
 DISTANCE FROM PROPOSED STORAGE SHED TO ASSUMED PROPERTY
 LINE, SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR BOTH STRUCTURES)
  
 PLAN SHOWS 6' BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE INFORMATION
 REGARDING DISTANCE FROM EX. RESIDENCE #325 TO ASSUMED
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 SINCE THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE
 ANY OPENINGS ON THE SIDE FACING THE EXISTING STRUCTURE,
 IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE BE
 PLACED AT THE STRUCTURE TO GIVE MORE FLEXIBILITY FOR
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE FOR THE EXISTING WOOD STRUCTURE (IF
 PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION MEETS 2 HOUR REQUIREMENT). FOR
 INSTANCE, SEE FBC B TABLE 705.8, TABLE 602.
  
 NOTE THAT BUILDING TYPE CAN BE DECLARED AS THE MINIMUM
 REQUIRED BY CODE RATHER THAN ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION TYPE.
