| BARRICADES AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE LOT, INDICATING |
| THAT THERE WILL BE COMPLETE FREE EGRESS FOR ALL |
| ATTENDEES. IF THIS SHOULD CHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT THIS |
| OFFICE FOR REVIEW, TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY |
| RELEVANT FIRE CODES. |

| 2) IF TENTS WILL BE ERECTED, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 10 X |

| TENT PERMIT IS REQUIRED. TENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE |
| FOLLOWING: |
| A) PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. EXTINGUISHERS |
| SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE |
| TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY. TRAVEL |
| DISTANCE TO EXTINGUISHERS SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 FEET. |
| PROVIDE TYPE K EXTINGUISHERS WHEN COOKING WITH GREASE |
| OR WHEN PRODUCING SMOKE OR GREASE-LADEN VAPORS. |
| B)TENT SHALL BE OF THE OPEN AREA/NO SIDEWALL TYPE, |
| OTHERWISE EMERGENCY LIGHTING AND ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS |
| ARE REQUIRED FOR TENTS EXCEEDING 1,200 SQUARE FEET. |
| C) POST WEATHERPROOF NO SMOKING SIGNS IN CONSPICUOUS |
| LOCATIONS. |
| D) PROVIDE NONCOMBUSTIBLE FLAME CERTIFICATE FOR THE |
| CANOPY MATERIAL. |
| E) GENERATORS AND OTHER INTERNAL COMBUSTION POWER |
| SOURCES SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM TENTS BY A MINIMUM OF 5 |
| FEET AND SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM CONTACT BY FENCING OR |
| ENCLOSURE. |
| F) A SITE INSPECTION SHALL BE CONDUCTED BY THIS OFFICE, |
| PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY OF THE TENT SPACE. |
| |
| 3) FOOD TRUCKS SHALL BE LICENSED AND APPROVED. ALL FOOD |
| TRUCKS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION TO ENSURE THAT THEY |
| ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL RELEVANT FIRE CODES AND THAT |
| ANY PROPANE OR NATURAL GAS CONNECTIONS ARE PROPERLY |
| INSTALLED AND FREE OF LEAKS. |
| IF A GAS LEAK IS DETECTED, THE OWNER WILL BE PROVIDED |
| WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. IF THE ISSUE |
| CAN NOT BEN CORRECTED, THE VENDOR WILL BE REMOVED FROM |
| THE EVENT. |

| 4) ALL FOOD TRUCKS SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF TEN |
| FEET APART. |
| |
| 5) ALL FOOD VENDORS (MOBILE AND NON-MOBILE) SHALL |
| PROVIDE TYPE K EXTINGUISHERS WHEN COOKING WITH GREASE |
| OR WHEN PRODUCING SMOKE OR GREASE-LADEN VAPORS. |
