 GOOD AFTERNOON SHUBHAM,
 THAT ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS TOO OLD. IT LOOKS TO BE
 DONE BEFORE THE ADDITION. IT?S DATED 2010/01/05 BY
 CLYDE MCNEAL.
 THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WE NEED ARE THE ONES THAT
 ARE DONE DURING CONSTRUCTION. IMPORTANT: THIS PERMIT
 WAS ISSUED PRIOR TO THE FEMA REVISED FLOOD MAPS. THE
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS WERE DONE BASED ON NGVD29
 VERTICAL DATUM. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN SUBMITTING THE
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATES.
 IF SURVEYOR USES NAVD 1988, THEN CONVERSION TO NGVD 29
 WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
