 PROJECT WAS CHANGED. SUCCESSOR ARCHITECT TO FOLLOW FAC
 SEC. 61G-18.002 PROCEDURES. SEE BELOW.
  
 B) NEW ARCHITECT SIGNING AND SEALING THE ARCHITECTURAL
 PLANS TO PROVIDE HIS INFORMATION IN THE TITLE BLOCK AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC 61G1-16.004.

 61G1-18.002 PROCEDURES FOR A SUCCESSOR ARCHITECT
 ADOPTING AS HIS OWN THE WORK OF ANOTHER ARCHITECT.
 (1) A SUCCESSOR REGISTERED ARCHITECT SEEKING TO REUSE
 ALREADY SEALED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS UNDER THE SUCCESSOR
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT'S SEAL MUST BE ABLE TO DOCUMENT
 AND PRODUCE UPON REQUEST EVIDENCE THAT HE HAS IN FACT
 RECREATED ALL THE WORK DONE BY THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT. FURTHER, THE SUCCESSOR REGISTERED ARCHITECT
 MUST TAKE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR
 THE DOCUMENTS WHICH HE SEALED AND SIGNED AND CAN IN NO
 WAY EXEMPT HIMSELF FROM SUCH FULL RESPONSIBILITY. PLANS
 NEED NOT BE REDRAWN BY THE SUCCESSOR REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT; HOWEVER, JUSTIFICATION FOR SUCH ACTION MUST
 BE AVAILABLE THROUGH WELL KEPT AND COMPLETE
 DOCUMENTATION ON THE PART OF THE SUCCESSOR REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT AS TO HIS HAVING RETHOUGHT AND REWORKED THE
 ENTIRE DESIGN PROCESS. A SUCCESSOR REGISTERED ARCHITECT
 MUST USE HIS OWN TITLE BLOCK, SEAL AND SIGNATURE AND
 MUST REMOVE THE TITLE BLOCK, SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 ORIGINAL REGISTERED ARCHITECT BEFORE SEALING, SIGNING
 AND DATING ANY SEALED CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
 (2) PRIOR TO SEALING, SIGNING AND DATING WORK, A
 SUCCESSOR REGISTERED ARCHITECT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO
 NOTIFY THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED ARCHITECT, HIS
 SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BY CERTIFIED LETTER TO THE LAST
 KNOWN ADDRESS OF THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED ARCHITECT OF
 THE SUCCESSOR'S INTENTION TO USE OR REUSE THE ORIGINAL
 REGISTERED ARCHITECT'S WORK. THE SUCCESSOR REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DRAWING
 AS THOUGH THEY WERE THE SUCCESSOR REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT'S ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

 2- SIZE OF ENTRY DOOR DOESN'T COMPLY WITH SEC. R311.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NEED 32" MIN. CLEAR OPENING. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. TYPICALLY 36" DOORS ARE THE ONES THAT COMPLY.
  
 3- SPECIFY ON PLANS THE EXISTING HOUSE AND EQUIPMENT
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION AND THE PROPOSED ADDITION AND
 EQUIPMENT FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION. SEC. 94-546 CITY
 ORDINANCE. NOTE: APPROVED PLANS SPECIFIED THE EXISTING
 AND PROPOSED FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION TO BE 8.05'. BEFORE
 10/05/17 CITY ORDINANCE REQUIRED 1 FOOT FREE BOARD
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. THEREFORE, THIS
 ELEVATION WAS IN COMPLIANCE. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
 WILL BE REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4- SHEET S-6: DOORS AND WINDOWS DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN
 ON 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR PLAN DON'T MATCH DESIGN PRESSURES
 SHOWN ON THE TABLE ON SAME SHEET. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH. ALSO, DESIGN PRESSURES CAN NOT BE LOWER ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR THAN THE FIRST FLOOR. DESIGN PRESSURES CAN
 NOT BE LOWER FOR OPENINGS THAT ARE SMALLER. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. NOTE: THE EDGE DISTANCE IS 4'-0" MIN AS
 REQUIRED BY NOTE AT THE BOTTOM OF FIGURE R301.2(7)

 (FLAT ROOF) REQUIRE AN SLOPE OF 1/4" PER FOOT MIN.
 REVISE THE SLOPE SHOWN ON ALL PLANS AND DETAILS. SEC.
 R903.1 AND SEC. R905.9 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. NOTE: SPECIFY
 PROPOSED ROOF FINISH (TILE, ETC).
  
 4- NEW STAIRS: PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR TREADS AND
 RISERS DIMENSIONS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R311.7.5
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR SECOND FLOOR BALCONY DECK COVERING.
 AND, CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING
 TO BE USED. NOTE: COORDINATE WITH ITEM #5 ABOVE.
  
 6- TOTAL NUMBER OF DRAWINGS SUBMITTED ARE 36 NOT 21 AS
 STATED ON THE REVISION FORM. REVISION FEE WAS UPDATED.
 THE REVISION FEE BALANCE IS $768.75.
  
 IMPORTANT NOTES:
 (1) ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED DURING
 CONSTRUCTION.
 (2)GARAGE FLOOD VENTS NEED TO BE INSTALLED BELOW THE
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
 (3) ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS APPROVED WITH PROVISO. PROVIDE

 ON SHEET S-6 (POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE).
 B) DOUBLE EXTERIOR DOORS THAT MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE ABOVE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS.
