 A) IT LOOKS LIKE THE DOOR ON THE RESTROOM DOESN'T
 COMPLY WITH THE 18" MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCE
 REQUIRED FOR A FRONT APPROACH. REVISE FLOOR PLANS AND
 DETAILS AS REQUIRED. SEE SEC. 404.2.4 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
  
 B) REVISE THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE
 ENLARGED R.R PLAN. PLANS AND ELEVATIONS SHOW A FLOOR
 MOUNTED WATER CLOSET. ACCORDING TO SEC. 604.8.1.1
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY FLOOR MOUNTED WATER CLOSETS REQUIRE
 60 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM AND 59 INCHES DEEP MINIMUM (NOT
 56") CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
  
 C) REVISE THE DIMENSION SHOWN FOR THE MIRROR ON DETAIL
 "A". THE DIMENSION IS TO THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE
 REFLECTING SURFACE NOT TO THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE MIRROR
 FRAME. SEE SEC. 603.3 FBC ACCESSIBILITY AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 D) REVISE THE DIMENSION SHOWN FOR THE HEIGHT OF THE
 GRAB BARS. ACCORDING TO SEC. 609.4 ACCESSIBILITY THE
 DIMENSION IS MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING
 SURFACE NOT TO THE CENTER LINE OF THE GRAB BAR. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 E) REVISE DIMENSION SHOWN FOR THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER. ACCORDING TO SEC. 604.7 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 THE DIMENSION IS MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER NOT TO THE EDGES. REVISE AS REQUIRED,
 INCLUDING THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE EDGE OF THE WATER
 CLOSET AND FROM THE FINISH FLOOR.

 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURERS
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
