 INCLUDE A STATEMENT THAT A PRINTED COPY OF THE DIGITAL
 PLAN IS NOT A SIGNED AND SEALED DOCUMENT. PAPER PLANS
 REQUIRE AN INK SEAL AND WET SIGNATURE; DIGITAL
 DOCUMENTS REQUIRE A DIGITAL SEAL. YOU MAY SEND THE
 ORIGINAL DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED ENGINEERING
 DIRECTLY TO ME VIA EMAIL TO RESOLVE THIS COMMENT.
 INCLUDE THE PERMIT NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
  
 2. FLAT ROOF - CALCULATIONS STATE THAT EDGE STRIP (A) =
 3 FT, ENGINEER OF RECORD SPECIFIES 7.7' ON SHEET S004,
 PLEASE CORRELATE. ALSO DESIGN PRESSURES ARE NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH SEOR'S PRESSURES. THEY CAN BE HIGHER
 BUT NOT LOWER, PLEASE REVISE. CALCULATIONS HAVE NOT
 BEEN REVIEWED AT THIS TIME DUE TO LOWER DESIGN
 PRESSURES ON THE DELEGATED ENGINEERING THAN SPECIFIED
 BY SEOR.
  
 3. METAL ROOF - THE AREA ATTRIBUTED TO A FASTENER IS TO
 BE USED TO DETERMINE DESIGN PRESSURES. SEE SHEET S004,
 DESIGN PRESSURES, ZONE 5 (PITCHED ROOF) DP REQUIREMENT
 IS -72.10 FOR ZONE 2H, 20SF. THE FASTENING PROPOSED HAS
 A LIMITATION OF -60PSF; PLEASE ADDRESS.
