 1. THE REQUIRED DISTANCE BETWEEN A BICYCLE HITCH AND A
 WALL IS 24'. IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THE PROPOSED
 BICYCLE HITCH INTERIOR TO THE GATES WILL MEET THE RACK
 DIMENSION REQUIREMENTS. THE APPLICANT CAN PROPOSE NEW
 LOCATION (WILL HAVE TO BE MOVED, SEE PROVISO NO. 3).
 ADDITIONALLY, ONE HITCH CAN BE REMOVED IF NECESSARY, AS
 THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF INTERNAL BICYCLE RACKS IS SIX.
  
 2. PLEASE MOVE THE BICYCLE RACK ON DATURA STREET TO THE
 BULBOUT TO PROVIDE ENOUGH ROOM ON THE SIDEWALK.
  
 3. PROPOSED FENCES ALONG DATURA STREET SHALL BE LOCATED
 OUTSIDE THE 16' SETBACK LINE, SHALL BE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 OF 4', AND SHALL BE LOCATED BEHIND 5' LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 PLEASE ADJUST LOCATION OF PEDESTRIAN FENCE AND GATE.
  
 4. SIDEWALK ELEVATION SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACROSS THE
 DRIVEWAY.
  
 5. WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, THE APPLICANT
 SHALL RESUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION/PLANS:
 A. THE UPDATED PLANNING PLAN TO MATCH THE SITE PLAN.
 B. AN UPDATED CIVIL PLAN REFLECTING THE SITE PLAN AND
 THAT SHOWS THE MAINTAINED SIDEWALK ELEVATION ALONG
 DRIVEWAY CURB CUTS.
 C. AN UPDATED SITE PLAN DETAIL SHEET SP 1.0.2. SHOWING
 THE CORRECT SIZED ROLLING GATE AND PEDESTRIAN GATE
 DETAIL.
 D. UPDATE THE BICYCLE HITCH LOCATIONS ON SITE PLAN SP
 1.0.1.
 E. LABEL THE TYPICAL PARKING STALL DIMENSIONS ON SHEET
 SP 1.0.1. ALONG ALL ROWS OF PARKING, AS THEY HAVE
 DIFFERENT LENGTHS DEPENDING ON THE ROW.
 F. PLEASE SUBMIT A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN AND DETAIL PLAN
 THAT SHOWS PHOTOMETRICS OF THE PUBLIC SIDEWALKS,
 INTERNAL SIDEWALKS, BUILDING ENTRANCES, DUMPSTER AREA,
 ETC AND LIGHT FIXTURE DETAIL. PER SECTION 94-113 (B),
 BUILDINGS SHALL PROVIDE LIGHTING AT A MINIMUM OF 0.6
 FOOTCANDLE AND MAXIMUM OF 1.0 FOOTCANDLE AS MEASURED AT
 THE BACK EDGE OF THE CURB AND ONE FOOT ABOVE THE
 SIDEWALK. LIGHT FIXTURES AND POLES SHALL MEET THE CITY
 APPROVED STANDARD.
 G. RELOCATE THE PEDESTRIAN GATE BEHIND THE REQUIRED 16
 FOOT SETBACK AND BEHIND THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER/HEDGE ON
 SHEET SP 1.0.1.
