 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 1- PROVIDE COMPLETE PLANS SIGNED AND SEALED BY LICENSED
 ARCHITECT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 481.229 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2- PLANS TO HAVE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 CLEARLY SPECIFYING ALL SCOPE OF WORK, INCLUDING BUT NOT
 LIMITED TO WORK ON TENANT FIRE RATED WALLS, FLOOR
 CEILING FIRE RATED ASSEMBLY, FIRE RATING OF TENANT
 ENTRY DOORS, DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EXTERIOR DOORS AND
 WINDOWS, ETC. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS PERMIT #98100735 AND
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THERE ARE 12 UNITS TOTAL NOT 13.
 PLANS TO SHOW THAT EXISTING OFFICE IS CHANGED TO
 APARTMENT/STUDIO. NEED TO TAKE PLANS TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT.
  
 3- 1- IMPACT FEES
 COUNTY. UPON APPROVAL, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED
 OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN IMPACT
 FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP AND A
 COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CITY
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT BEFORE A
 PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE
 PAID TO PALM BEACH CAN BE ISSUED. FOR INFORMATION CALL
 PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEES AT (561) 233-5025.
  
  
 4- CLEARLY SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EXISTING WINDOWS
 AND TYPE AND SIZE OF PROPOSED WINDOWS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 702.5
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) EXTERIOR DOORS IF REPLACED.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS AND CLEARLY MARK MULLION SIZE TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7-VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. REVISE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 SEC. 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
