 1) THE DOCUMENTS WERE BROUGHT IN AS A SUBMITTAL,
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY REVIEWER. UNDER
 THIS PERMIT FOR BUILDING A THE BUILDING REVIEW PASSED
 ON 01/12/2018 WAS PASSED WITHOUT ANY WRITTEN COMMENTS
 IN THE PLAN REVIEW PORTION. THIS PLAN REVIEWER HAS NOT
 ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
 THIS IS A REVISION. THE SCOPE OF WORK WAS LIMITED TO
 THAT SHOWN ON THE ISSUED PLAN. THE DOLLAR BREAK OUT PER
 UNIT WAS $3,500.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE. WITH THE ATTACHED
 DOCUMENTS IT WOULD APPEAR THE SCOPE OF WORK HAS
 INCREASED (REVISION)WITH THE AVERAGE OF 13 BOARDS PER
 UNIT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF UNITS 3 & 11 BOTH REPLACING
 118 BOARDS. THE COST WILL NEED TO INCLUDE THE REMOVAL
 OF THE BOARD, DUMPSTER FEES, STOCKING, HANGING OF
 BOARD, TAPE & FINISH OF BOARD, PAINT AND OR COST OF
 TILE FOR IN SHOWERS AND TUB AREAS. FOR BUILDING A THE
 TOTAL BOARD COUNT IS 366 BOARDS.
 NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR A REVISION FOR EACH OF
 THE BUILDINGS AND PAY THE FEES AT TIME OF APPLICATION.
 NO REVIEWS WILL OCCUR WITH OUTSTANDING REVISION FEES.

 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
