 1) SHEET A1 STATES THAT THE BUILDING IS "NOT
 SPRINKLED". SHEET A5 SAYS "SPRINKLED". PLEASE PROVIDE
 EXPLANATION OR CORRECTION.
  
 2) SHEET A5 DOES NOT SPECIFY THE FIRE RATING FOR THE
 PROVIDED DOORS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FIRE RATING FOR
 DOORS 101-107.
  
 3) SHEET A4: PLEASE LABEL THE EQUIPMENT (BREWING,
 STORAGE, DISTILLING, ETC.) THAT WILL BE USED IN THE
 BREWING AND KEG ROOMS. IF THE KEG ROOM IS SIMPLY TO BE
 USED FOR STORAGE OF KEGS, PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS AS TO
 HOW THEY WILL BE STORED AND HOW MANY.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION SHEETS
 FOR ALL OF THE SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT THAT WILL BE
 HOUSED AND UTILIZED IN THESE ROOMS, FOR DETERMINATION
 OF CLASSIFICATION OF HAZARD OF CONTENTS.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE A NARRATIVE OF THE BREWING PROCESS
 AND ORDER OF OPERATIONS.
  
 5) SHEET A4: THE BREWING ROOM DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE
 RATED. PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT THE WALL RATINGS ARE FOR THE
 KEG ROOM, IF ANY.
  
 6) SHEETS A3 AND A4 HAVE CONFLICTING INFORMATION
 REGARDING THE OFFICE AND KEG AREAS. PLEASE REVIEW AND
 CONFIRM USE FOR THESE AREAS.
  
 7) PROVIDE DRAWING NOTE INDICATING, ?FIRE PROTECTION
 SYSTEMS SHALL REMAIN ACTIVE DURING DEMOLITION AND
 RENOVATION ACTIVITIES. IN THE EVENT A FIRE PROTECTION
 SYSTEM IS OUT OF SERVICE FOR MORE THAN 4-HOURS IN A
 24-HOUR PERIOD, THE BUILDING SHALL BE PLACED UNDER A
 FIRE WATCH. ALL FIRE WATCH REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED
 BY EMAIL ([email protected]) OR IN WRITING (FAX:
 561-804-4774) AND APPROVED BY THE OFFICE OF THE FIRE
 MARSHAL LOCATED AT 500 NORTH DIXIE HIGHWAY.?
  
 8) SHEET A1 INDICATES THAT THE BUILDING IS EQUIPPED
 WITH A FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. SEPARATE PLANS AND PERMITS
 ARE REQUIRED FOR THE INSTALLATION OR MODIFICATION OF
 THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND/OR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM.
