 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-313(A)(2) OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, UPON SUBMITTAL OF AN
 APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT, TWO COPIES OF EACH
 OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 APPLICATION.
  
  A. PROOF THAT THE APPLICANT IS THE OWNER OF THE
 PROPERTY AND THE HOLDER OF THE RIPARIAN RIGHTS;
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-313(A)(3)B. OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS,
 MARINE GRASSES, ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, AQUATIC PRESERVES,
 MANATEE SANCTUARIES, AND IMPORTANT ESTUARINE OR
 ECOLOGICAL FEATURES SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED SIGNIFICANTLY
 BY THE PROPOSED DOCK CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION THAT NO SUCH IMPACTS WILL RESULT FROM THE
 PROPOSED DOCK.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION SHOWING THE HEIGHT OF
 THE DOCK IN RELATION TO THE EXISTING SEAWALL. PURSUANT
 TO SEC. 94-313(A)(3)K. OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS, WITH THE
 EXCEPTION OF SECURITY FENCES, BOAT LIFTS, AND MOORING
 DEVICES, NO BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED ON THE PROPOSED DOCK AND NO PORTION OF A
 DOCK SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE TOP SURFACE OF THE BULKHEAD
 TO WHICH IT IS AFFIXED, IF ANY. DOLPHINS MAY EXTEND TO
 A REASONABLE HEIGHT TO PROVIDE SAFE MOORING OF A BOAT.
  
 4. ARE ANY MOORING SLIPS BEING PROPOSED AS PART OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOCK? IF SO, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 LOCATION OF ALL "TEES," DOLPHINS, PILINGS, BOATLIFTS,
 AND OTHER MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES. NOTE THAT ALL
 SUCH FACILITIES SHALL BE LOCATED WITHIN THE MIDDLE 1/3
 OF THE LOT. ALL DOLPHINS SHALL HAVE A REFLECTORIZED
 BAND OF AT LEAST FIVE INCHES IN WIDTH LOCATED
 APPROXIMATELY 24 INCHES FROM THE TOP OF DOLPHIN.
 REFLECTOR TAPE SHALL BE FORMULATED FOR MARINE USE AND
 BE OF AN IRIDESCENT SILVER COLOR. ADDITIONALLY, IF A
 MOORING SLIP IS PROVIDED, APPROPRIATE CONNECTIONS FOR
 POTABLE WATER AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE SHALL BE INCLUDED.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-313(A)(3)O. OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS,
 ALL DOCKS SHALL HAVE WATER-RESISTANT REFLECTIVE
 NUMERALS CORRESPONDING TO THE STREET ADDRESS OF THE
 UPLAND PROPERTY AND SHALL BE VISIBLE FROM THE WATERWAY.
  
 6. ARE STEPS BEING PROVIDED AT THE SEAWALL? IF SO, THEY
 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MINIMUM
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTED
 OF CONCRETE OR STONE, AND SHALL NOT CONTAIN A HANDRAIL
 UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
