 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED.
  
 1) THE $10,000.00 JOB VALUE LISTED ON THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION APPEARS TO BE VERY LOW FOR A 13,798 S.F.
 REMODEL AND CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY, WHICH INCLUDES AMONG
 OTHER THINGS A NEW ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM, A NEW HANDICAP
 RAMP, AND NEW ADDITIONS (LOADING BAY CONVERSIONS)
 PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 109.3 WPB AND PROVIDE DETAILED
 ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE CONTRACTS FOR ALL PHASES OF
 THE PROJECT INCLUDING STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL,
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
 FINISH WORK, SITE WORK, DESIGN FEES, AND OVERHEAD AND
 PROFIT. THE TOTAL VALUE SHALL INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS,
 EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES.
  
 2) THE PROJECT INFORMATION, INDEX, ETC. ON COVER SHEET
 CV-1.0 DESIGNED BY CALITO P.E. DOES NOT MATCH THE REST
 OF THE PLANS IN THE SET THAT ARE DESIGNED BY GOUBRAN
 ARCHITECT. PLEASE CORRECT OR REMOVE THE SHEET FROM THE
 SETS.
  
 3) SHEET M-1: THE O/A CALCULATIONS ARE INCORRECTLY
 IDENTIFYING THE LARGE 11,376 S.F. GALLERY AREAS AS
 SALES. PLEASE SEE TABLE 403.3.1.1 FBC M AND PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE GALLERIES BASED ON AN OCCUPANT
 DENSITY OF 40 PERSONS PER 100 S.F./7.5 CFMS PER PERSON
 + 0,06 CFMS PER S.F. ADJUST THE TABLE TO SHOW THE
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED CFMS OF OUTSIDE AIR FOR ALL ROOMS
 AND AREAS.
  
 4) M-1: INDICATE HOW THE LARGE STORAGE ROOM ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE OF THE OCCUPANCY IS BEING VENTILATED- TABLE
 403.3.1.1 FBC M.
  
 5) M-1: A MINIMUM 10' CLEARANCE DISTANCE TO THE
 DRIVEWAY IS REQUIRED FOR THE O/A FAN THAT IS PROVIDING
 FAN TO THE ART STORAGE ROOM ON THE NORTH SIDE- SECTION
 401.4 FBC M. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL REMAIN UNTIL THE
 PLAN ACTUALLY SHOWS THE DRIVEWAY WILL BE REMOVED AND
 CONVERTED TO NON-VEHICULAR USE.
  
 6) M-1: PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE ART
 STORAGE FAN AND INDICATE HOW THE NEW WALL OPENING WILL
 PROTECTED AGAINST WIND AND RAIN- SECTION 401.5. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT OUTDOOR AIR INTAKE OPENINGS LOCATED IN
 EXTERIOR WALLS SHALL MEET THE PROVISIONS FOR EXTERIOR
 WALL OPENING PROTECTIVES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 7) M-1: THE NEW AIR CONDITIONED DISPLAY AREAS THAT WERE
 PREVIOUSLY LOADING DOCKS ARE DEFINED AS ADDITIONS PER
 SECTION C202 FBC EC. PROVIDE AC LOAD CALCULATIONS IN
 ACCODANCE WITH SECTION C403.2.1 FBC EC.
  
 8) M-1: NEW ADDITIONS AND SPACES THAT CHANGE OCCUPANCY
 ARE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CURRENT FBC EC.
 PLEASE SEE SECTION C101.5.1 AND SUBMIT A COMPLIANCE
 REPORT USIBNG APPROVED SOFTWARE. REFER TO THE FOLLOWING
 SECTIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION - C503.2, C101.3, AND
 C401.2.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE
 PREVIOUSLY REVIEWED SHEETS AND MARK VOID ON THEM, AND
 KEEP THEM WITH THE SUBMITTALS. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 SUBMITTAL OF CORRECTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS.
