| MECHANICAL PLAN FOR REQUIRED HEAT AND ANY PROVIDED |
| COOLING, AND AN ENERGY SUBMITTAL. ADDITIONALLY |
| COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 FBC IS REQUIRED AS TO FIRE |
| PROTECTION SYSTEMS INCLUDING INCLUDING FIRE SPRINKLER |
| AND FIRE ALARM. THE ARCHITECTURAL PLAN MUST PROVIDE THE |
| CODE REFERENCE AND A SCOPE OF WORK DISCUSSING THE |
| ATTEMPT TO LEGALIZE EXISTING WORK THROUGH ASSURING THE |
| RECONFIGURATION OF THE SPACE COMPLIES WITH THE |
| AFOREMENTIONED FBC 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CHAPTER 10 |
| CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE THE |
| APPROVED PLAN WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED BY THE PBC |
| IMPACT FEE OFFICE AND A FEE MAY BE DUE TO THEM. AN |
| APPROPRIATE VALE FOR THIS WORK WILL NEED TO BE |
| ESTABLISHED. $1,200.00 SEEMS LOW. IF ANY NEW WORK IS TO |
| BE DONE, SEPARATE PERMITS PER TRADE WILL BE REQUIRED. |

| MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA REQUIRED IN FBC 107 AND |
| THE ITEMS LISTED GENERALLY ABOVE. A COMPLETE REIVEW |
| CANNOT BE CONDUCTED. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY REVIEWS |
| COMPLETED PRIOR TO THIS DATE AND APPROVED ARE SUBJECT |
| TO CHANGE. |
