| SUBJECT ADDRESS. IT ESTABLISHES THAT THE SINGLE STORY |
| PORTION SHOWN AS A THIRD UNIT ON THE PROPERTY WAS ONLY |
| A ROOM WITH A BATHROOM AND A ONE CAR GARAGE IN 1964. |
| THERE IS NO PERMIT RECORD ON FILE THAT I CAN FIND TO |
| CHANGE THAT AREA OF APPROXIMATELY 605 SF FROM A ROOM |
| WITH BATH AND GARAGE TO A DWELLING UNIT. THERE ARE |
| RECORDS FOR OTHER WORK SUCH AS RECENT WINDOW, ROOFING |
| AND ELECTRICAL UPGRADES. THE WINDOW SERVING THE BEDROOM |
| MAY NOT MEET EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SUCH PERMITS ISSUED |
| SEPARATELY DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE LEGAL ESTABLISHMENT OF |
