| SPECIFICALLY, ROOFING, OVERHEAD DOOR, ENTRY DOOR AND |
| SKYLIGHTS. |

| FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS |
| ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE |
| NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT |
| ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A |

| DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR |
| APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED |
| DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST |
| THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS |
| FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. |
| DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE |
| SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN |
| RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD |
| THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION |
| INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE |

| 5. PERMIT VALUATION |

| THE PERMIT VALUE IS TOO LOW. BASED ON ICC BVD (BUILDING |
| VALUATION DATA) |

| 1440 SQ. FT. X $59.12 PER SQ. FT. = $85,132. I HAVE |
| ADJUSTED THE VALUE. |
| |
| FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE |
| OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION |
| OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, |
| MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE |
| UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE |
| DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, |
| QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS |
| (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE |
| BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION |
| OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT |
| VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, |
| MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, |
| ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, |

| VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED |
| DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES |
| (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY |
| INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. |
| FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE |

| 6. IMPACT FEES |
| |
| BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CAN BE ISSUED, IMPACT |
| FEES, REQUIRED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY, SHALL BE PAID. |
| UPON FINAL APPROVAL OF PLANS, ONE SET OF PLANS SHALL BE |
| SIGNED OUT AND SUBMITTED TO PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR AN |
| IMPACT FEE REVIEW. THE PLANS WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMP |
| AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT MUST BE RETURNED TO THE |
| CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THE BUILDING PERMIT CAN |
